My house purchase went without a hitch. It was straight forward no complications. Every email was answered as was every call, I was kept up to date always by Claire and Keeley. Very professional I would definitely recommend.

Dreadful, dreadful service!
Wish I’d read the reviews before engaging this lot.
Calls and emails unanswered. Our assigned partner has left and it’s now just radio silence.
Totally unprofessional outfit. I’m on the verge of officially complaining to the Ombudsman.
Steer clear and save yourself unnecessary stress!

Company now being put into liquidation. Not suprised.

Everything was going ok, until the agent looking after my case suddenly left the business with no prior warning. Now, despite leaving multiple voice mails, sending multiple emails and being on hold for over 3hrs combined (it only holds you in a queue for 10 mins), no one has got back to me, I have no idea where my remortgage is or who is now assisting or if my mortgage has been pulled. Fed up now will be looking to change conveyencers and seeking a refund on the fees I've already paid. Absolute joke, avoid if you think you'll need to contact them at any point as it's damn near impossible.

I provided documentation as they requested. They constantly asked me for the same documents despite confirming receipt for them and that they were acceptable. Including having me call at least 4 times for the redemption statement, to find out that they already had a copy themselves and had received it at the start of the month.

My Mortgage is due to pass today, I have spent the last few days constantly calling them and my case handler (who's line just goes to voicemail) I have sent multiple emails and no response. I've left many voice mails and no answer. I don't know what else to do?

The app is useless, has no updates on it. Please can someone actually help me? As I am now looking at finding another solicitor.

Having had issues with conveyancers in the past, my expectations were pretty low. But Mohammed and his team at ProConveyancing were fantastic. The process was smooth and we were kept up to date through the inevitable delays in the house sale. When I had a question Mohammed picked up the phone right away, and emails were always responded to promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our case worker Sourabah has been kind, informative and patient. ProConveyancing has been good when I contacted but you need to take a lead, be alert and proactive yourself by keeping an eye on and contacting them, too. Otherwise the case can be on holt. I did not click with the first allocated solicitor so I asked them to change to someone else. Then I got Sourabh. I cannot thank him enough. He replied to my emails with questions, he rang me, he answered to my phone calls in timely manor. He explained till I fully understood. He is a gem. As a result of my own paying attention, taking action and Sourabh's help, my experience with ProConveyancing was good.

I used this company for the sale of my house and the whole experience was worse than shocking, so much so that I complained to the Chief Executive. I was dreading the purchase of my new home which was to take place separately and I can honestly say, this time my experience was excellent. Folliwing a messy divorce the sole outstandibg item was the transfer of equity in a property. The pricess was excellent, Sourabh was the assigned support and he was fantastic. He kept me regularly updated dealung with tge pesky lawyers in the other side was kind and polite. His work was faultless. The app was great to use fir updates. All in all I cannot recommemd Pro Conveyancing and Sourabh enough. The cists gir using them was tge jnitial atteaction as lical lawywrs were quoting daft sums of money. So be pound wise use Pro Convetancing and hope you have Sourabh helping ypu.

Dealt with Sourabh throughout the process. Once I'd explained our complicated situation his instructions were clear and he answered all our queries promptly over phone and email. Will look to build relationship and certainly come back again.

We have used ProConveyancing to transfer two properties and the process has seemed long but has gone through without a hitch. Using a local solicitor face to face would no doubt have been quicker but would have cost double the price so we are satisfied with the service.
