Dean has been very proactive with ensuring communication lines are open, and has kept us updated on charges and the best plan for our business. Given we are a non profit / charity and have to ensure are costs are low where possible, good proactive customer service is critical. We appreciated ahead of contract renewal, Dean's discussion on options and immediate availability to take a call.

I had a very professional experience dealing with John at Procure

This company is first class for service, we have had two different dealings with them in past few months. Our most recent was with Conor on card terminal service, he has been brilliant got us a far bettter rate than previous supplier along with this he has been very helpful with any query we had. The best part is he is available to take calls directly and in this day and age of usually only being able to talk to a robot who a lot of the time don’t understand the question or having to press so many buttons to get thru to an operator and then being left on hold for a long time. With this company you initially just fill up a quick online enquiry and they respond with a follow up call very quickly, they give you options with no pressure to change providers, just good old fashioned efficient service, Couldn’t recommend them highly enough
