these guys made it very difficult to build a simple website. they switch people in the company constantly and I think they are in India at a call center. I never got what I paid for and then they tried to strong arm me into hosting with them for a large amount. I refused and they took my site down and wouldn't send over the file. What a waste!!! run!!!

Don't go here...

I was given a very reasonable price to have a website built. I paid after being sent a template the site would begin from. Two days into the project, I was told I would need to pay hundreds of dollars more for hosting. I said no, that this was a bait-and-switch, and that I wanted the refund (which had been promised if I wasn't satisfied.) Still no refund and no website. Lesson learned.

Deplorable

They are nothing more then thefts. They can't do the work they claim to be able to do. They wi.l steal your time and money and if you want a refund they will still dip there hand in for no work.

Poor experience with website

I came to a verbal agreement with ProDesign Minds to build a website for me. They went right to work on it with a 50% down payment and a verbal list of all that they would do for that fee. They were responsive to my requests regarding site content, etc. As we got down to the final stages though, they put my site up live before I was ready for it to be without my consent. They then came back to me in a panic saying the site was not secure and that my site and my company would be flagged by the federal government if I did not have certain security measures installed on my site and required extra money to get that done. When I finally agreed to do it, they tried to run the credit card that I had given them from my previous payment that they obviously kept on file. It was declined as I had some fraudulent activity on the previous card, so I gave them another card to use. The payments transactions by the way say a completely different name on them that ProDesign Minds. One of the deliverables was that they were supposed to give me a tutorial on how the change things on my site. The guy who did the tutorial was evidently using a script someone else had put together and most of it was not working as we attempted to test things while we had him. He rescheduled the meeting to get better answers and sent us a video instead. When I tried to follow those instructions, I could not get access to the account without calling them and they had to change some things to give me access. This became a reoccurring theme. Then when I asked when do I get the email address associated with the site where all the correspondence is directed, they told me that would be an additional charge because it was not on the invoice, which I never got a copy of, but was told in the initial consultation that was included... Needless to say I then realized this was never going to end and did nothing. My site now is not accessible by anyone and when you go to it is says it is not safe... My recommendation is not to use these guys.
