Recently being asked to do a soil test for Oday, When the job was complete there was no payment and Oday mysteriously disappeared.

Please avoid working with such a person. There are more contractors that are not been paid by Oday such as Land surveyors. This will be communicated to the Architectural board and to the VBA to ban people in in this industry that take advantage of contractors

My logo designer were so professional..I had taken a year to complete my design (my fault) and when I reconnected with ProDesigns they honored my project. They never missed a beat providing me with revisions and suggestions for my design. The communication was steady, I was never out of the loop. We got a digital version of our logo (drawn on a scrap of paper in 1980) created. ProDesigns was easy to communicate with, and super fast getting designs and revisions to us.

Although their end product is good, the customer service really sucks. You can't get a hold of them, they do not return phone calls, their chat line is down. I can't get them to fix a major screw up. Will never ever do business with them again nor will I ever recommend them. Save your money. You have been warned.

The team leader Jay was very communicative and responded to all my questions and design changes. I realize that they are an international company and worked during our (US) nighttime so responses always came while I was sleeping, so communication does require patience. However, I was pretty happy with their first drafts of my logos (based on the info I supplied them with). The price was very reasonable and the process easy. I am happy with my new logos and would recommend ProDesign to anyone looking for an economical way to get your branding started.
