Waring about Prodomestics…

I want to warn people about using Prodomestics in Gibraltar. They charge a £70 call-out fee without any warning of this charge and then after doing the work, we were charged 3 times the time charges as we were charged for 6 hours when the engineer was only here for less than 2 hours. He also stated that he was with us for 45 minutes on call out - he was here less than 10 minutes. Then we were charged £25 for 4 hours parking - London prices!. This company obviously has no scruples and charge what they feel like out of the air and then even though we stated we would pay, it was sent to debt collectors after less than 30 days. This company has broken the law in multiple forms and therefore should not be used by anyone.
