Terrible customer service, we want to return the mat and I have tried to call, message, WhatsApp, email, and even contacted through Facebook and Instagram but had no reply.
The app doesn’t work, it’s a complete con DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My son picked the ProDribbler package as his birthday gift from his grandmother. While the package did arrive after some delay, there was no information about a code to access the app. I have sent several emails, what’s apps messages, commented on a post on IG and FB messenger for the past 4 weeks and have not had a single response. My son starts school tomorrow and had really hoped to use the app to level up his footwork before the school year and travel season. And my 76 year old mother is super disappointed about being scammed as $42 of the package was for access to the apparently non existent app.

ProDribbler- if you read this- please rectify the situation with either an access code or a refund!

This was a scam. Item paid for and never received (Christmas disappointment). Still have the cheek to send promotional emails six months later.

Item arrived in time for sons birthday but the customer service is atrocious...
Requested via email and WhatsApp the working link to download the app, no replies on either.. would return item.but cannot get a response from various methods of trying

Absolute rubbish, took ages to arrive then it was just a cheap mat and there is no app as suggested on the website. Do not order from here it’s a waste of money.

Utter scam, ordered on 30/11, delivery due before Christmas. Didnt arrive, contacted Yodel who said it was lost and to get a refund from prodribbler. PD website "chat" takes you to whatsapp - no reponse. Email no repsonse initially. Then unwilling to process a refund, told me to get screenshots from Yodel confirming it was lost. Then ghosted me despite numerous requests for a refund. l will have to go through my bank.

Ordered the item, which was promised to be delivered before Christmas. It arrived on Christmas Eve… Aside from that, the product arrived and was not in anyway what was pictured. It’s a clear cheap replica of a much better product. The app is not available and after chasing this, I was told this is going to be a subscription model. Meaning that the product is worth even less. I wouldn’t pay more than £20 for this mess and now have a disappointed son, who can only sue YouTube to copy actions with no guidance. It’s a complete scam and if I want a refund I have to take the gift away, then pay to send it. This is an absolute rip off, promising a great tool for children, whilst actually exploiting people with an over promising a hugely diminished product.

Product was not suitable, I tried to return but I was unable to get through to customer service after contacting via Facebook, WhatsApp and email. I had got Frustrated but eventually the issue was resolved, I assume the delay was due to the Christmas holidays.

One of my worst online purchases ever! Product arrived packaged in a plastic bag!... The ball is fit only for the bin and the App.. don't hold your breath.

This was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday - there is no way I can give it to her as a birthday gift.. looks like something I purchased from a flea market... £60 paid for something worth no more that £20! AVOID or risk disappointment. Very bad value for money and a total disappointment.

Excellent customer service received.
I was not full happy with my order and I had a response via the what’s app message service to assure me I would be refunded.
My refund arrived within a couple of days.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Fraudulent business - the pictures of the products on their website is not what they provide. The app shown is from a different company (FPro) that this prodribbler send you YouTube clips for the free FPro section. The ball in the pictures on their website are also replaced by very cheap alternatives. Wish I’d done more research. Avoid!!!

FROUD ALERT! this company has completely copied FPRO brand website and is using their ads, videos and photos to scam people by offering a product that they cant sell.

Received my order this morning, well in advance of Christmas.
Communication from the company has been clear and regular throughout the 1 week wait for dispatch.
Regarding the product, it feels good quality and a great price compared to other options out there.

Took just over two weeks to arrive. Quality piece of kit! Ordered the complete kit mat,socks ball etc and can't say a bad word about any of it.
Super glad I purchased and the price is fantastic compared to others.
Wouldn't pay £130 pounds plus like
a certain british company are charging!

Still no tracking app after 4months waiting

I received this product today after approximately three weeks of waiting, the communication throughout the process has been excellent. I was kept informed and up to date about the delivery status.

The product itself, looks great and appears to be of good quality. I’ve had a quick look at the training videos, and they seem well put together and easy to follow. Not had the chance to use it yet, as it’s a Christmas gift.

Overall, happy with the experience. Would recommend based on my experience.

I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas and it came this morning. The mat is very good quality. I ordered the kit with the ball and socks and it looks great. I contacted the company this morning about access to the videos and they resent the QR code. My order took just over 2 weeks to arrive which is to be expected at this busy time of the year. It's definitely not a scam (I was a bit worried after reading the reviews). I wish I could add a picture.

I feel that this website is not genuine and is using material from another brand to scam people and take their money! The website uses exactly the same images as fpro which is genuine. I have ordered and had no confirmation email or dispatch. I am wanting a refund but there is no way to contact them as they have a WhatsApp number but no response. Shocking!!

Ordered item on 13th November, payment taken instantly and still waiting for item to even be dispatched on 21st Nov yet they’re now offering the items at discount but can’t fulfil previous orders. No direct contact other than a dodgy WhatsApp number who don’t answer calls but text. Apparently waiting on refund, total scam. Do not buy from here

Replying to your response I wasnt notified from the start, I chased you on Tuesday to be told still hadn’t been dispatched. You then ‘warned’ me in a message earlier today that it would be late, still not dispatched after being told by end of the week which is tomorrow!
You didn’t choose to refund me I requested it and yet to receive. Messages of proof if required. Now found out they are copyrighting another company and using their videos and pics for the same item. Absolute scammers!!
