Item in described condition..fast delivery..everything perfect!

It was wonderful: I ordered a teadmill and it is a very high quality, came quickly and was well packaged! Everything very well done!

I have order an item since Dec 2, and tell today I didn't receive the item neither a reply from them , I'm sending them requests every 2 days and still no answer, tracking is the same since 25 days( item shipped), and you can't open a dispute and you can't refund your money back even PayPal said this kind of payment is not refundable, mostly this website is a scam.

The drill holes are too large and where the parts are marked even left and right was incorrect, the directions could be made alot easier I´m sorry to say

Fast delivery and good quality with a very good price

I ordered a dinning chair. They sent me a broken chair. Now I can't seem to find their customer support service. If they cant provide a safe delivery, they should simply not loort people.

You can not trust this product. I ordered the make up desk (Schminktisch Make up station-Maggie) for my daughter's 13th birthday gift. It turned a huge stress to all of our family. The package came and we opened it and found the desk corners are damaged and even one part was very poorly painted to cover damages. Seems like it was already damaged and poorly repainted (This product should not be sold). And there are no descriptions how to install 30+ different parts and several hundreds of bolts and nuts. I can not imagine how unprofessional it is. I want to return this product and found that there are no customer services except automatic email. The email said I have to send this product to Italy through professional courier with my own cost. Just click online order in produceShop turned a nightmare.

Delivery with tracking was fine. No problem with product.

They rig their rating system on their website. I tried several times to leave the one-star review they deserve. There was always a system error that crashed the page. However, when I wrote a placeholder 5-star review, miraculously it worked perfectly.

They will respond now politely saying they will look into this problem urgently and that is also a lie. They have promised twice here on trust pilot to address the problem with my order and have never even contacted me to do so.

I ordered two sun-beds, however only one was delivered at my address. I contacted the customer support and asked for a resolution of the issue. After a short initial response, I have not received any further update on this matter for over one month, multiple attempts to get in touch with the company also remained unanswered. Until now this matter remains unresolved and I still have neither received the missing part of my order nor a refund.

I can only recommend to stay away from this company, such a frustrating experience!

**Update 7. June**
This issue remains unresolved, and there is no update by the company. Seems that the only remaining option is to initiate legal actions and report the case to consumer protection. Highly recommending to stay away from this company!

The product packaging was completely torn. Thankfully the product was in good shape. I appreciate the fast delivery . Can improve the packaging :)

I like this tulip table very much, yet it had a little bump in the metal. If only I had known there are chairs available in the same design I would have bought the whole set. Can't wait to get those chairs.

The product totally lived upto my expectation for the price paid. Top class product. However, when it comes to delivery, there were some confusions even though there were several mail chains for tracking the delivery. It was not delivered on the same day as was first shown in the website. They delivered 2 days later. But I am happy with the product!

This company is terrible.....they send a broken product which is cracked and is a danger to sit on, then say there isn't a problem and refuse to refund -

2) Things are going from bad to worse.....This company are utter cowboys and after telling me the broken chair they sent me was safe, when it is totally unsafe - they refuse to collect, refund or do anything.
