Poor direction on how and where to download.
While having this product is good the explanation on how to get the product was poor and not clear. It took me several trial and errors to actually download the product. It seems that this a big weakness and a lack of tip by step explanation. Being sent to Microsoft was confusing as that sidetracked where to actually get the product.
