I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction. I bought a Microsoft Office package that stopped working after just one week. I have already submitted five complaints, and you have failed to respond to every single one. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against doing business with this unreliable company

It's perfect value for the money
It's perfect value for the money. I used to buy the Office 365 package for a couple of years, but since the price keeps increasing every year and I never used all the features, I decided to switch to a "less advanced" version Office Professional 2024 Plus and ordered this package instead. Even though it's not the newest product, it offers excellent features for a one‑time payment, which is exactly what I wanted.

the key arrived in good order + some troubles
the key arrived in good order, immediately. payment secure. the only problem was that i couldn't download the installation file. the links didn't work. i was struggling with that. finally i managed to register through microsoft and do the installation.
