First not working but fixed

First the product key did not work, but immediately after reclamation I received a new one which worked perfectly. However, to be honest, I had to wait the whole weekend for that as no one was working through weekend.

I did not receiced the PK in email

I did not receiced the PK in email, after waiting som time it was sent by support, the code you sent me is not working, it was redeemed already. Waiting for resolution still.
