Extremely poor quality
We recently purchased this outdoor furniture. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. The quality is a major disappointment, well below what we would expect for ‘outdoor’ furniture. The materials feel flimsy and cheap, and we worry about how well they will hold up to the elements. Of special note are the cushions and pillows, where your site states “The cushions and pillows on the sofa provide ultimate comfort and are water-resistant as well” this is grossly inaccurate. Both pillows and seat cushions are water logged after one rain event, furthermore, the internal ‘cushioning’ material is less than desirable, far too thin, soft, uninviting, making it uncomfortable to sit for extended periods. The internal stitching is coming apart already, after less than 3 days assembled – this is abhorrent.
What we expected to be a cosy outdoor lounging area has turned into a place we will more than likely avoid.
Overall, we could not, in good conscience, recommend this outdoor furniture. It lacks durability, comfort, and quality, making it a waste of money.
Furthermore they simply refuse to acknowledge or respond to our request for action.

Something felt off, be wary and if in doubt don’t!
Something felt off when they not only beat Catch’s pricing but offered free delivery for a treadmill.
Website is well made, simple design, but spelling/grammar errors that are subtle but certainly there.
The site has clever warranty and returns info but likely copied from another site.
ABN search shows various business names registered under the same ABN but says they have been trading since 2021.

Almost got tripped up by them having a visible FB presence but only 1 year old, no likes, shares or comments on any of their posts, except the first couple, so that seems odd also.
I didn’t buy and I won’t be, they may be legit but my spidey senses said something isn’t quite right.
