A company that doesn't honor their original deal but reneges on the original purchase agreement is shady and can't be trusted. Lifetime deal customers who helped get it started are now being reverted to the free plan saying they can't honor their original promise and stay sustainable. Buyer beware.
Edit: lifetime users already ready paid for the product. Forcing them to pay for features they already have is essentially fraud.

I purchased the software when they issued a promotion deal. They then canceled the deal, offered no refunds, and kept the money.

Having built my SaaS application and released it to beta users, I needed something to capture, track and publicise my roadmap. I did a LOT of research and couldn't find anything that was the right fit. Then I found Productstash.
It's a perfect fit and does everything I need from capturing new ideas from users through offering voting on those ideas through to providing a nice-look roadmap plugin that I can place right on my site. It's great value too.
We needed a simple tool that allowed us to create public roadmaps as well as give our users a platform to submit ideas - and Productstash is ideal for this.
If you want a much more comprehensive tool then it might not be the best fit; but in terms of the basics and value for money, Productstash is a clear winner.
Productstash is an awesome tool that has really improved our product management process. The free version is very comprehensive (roadmaps, ideas, releases etc) whilst the pro version provides some additional great features.
It’s been perfect for our use case and I would definitely recommend it for other product managers at small - medium sized orgs.
