Bought a HV trafo for LG microwave, paid 63 Euro on 22 July. On description of status says: Sent to SAP. After 2 weeks not receiving the product nor any info on how to trace it (they say courier is DHL) I have requested info through their site with form, never got a reply. Last week requested info through mail, never got a reply. So, my advise is DO NOT lose time and money, this is not serious!

I thought it was gonna be hard to find the spare parts for my refrigerator, but thanks to produktwelt.de it's been easy and cheap. Thanks a lot, Andrea

My order was quickly delivered, well packed, and it arrived in excellent state.

I ordered from Romania an replacement engine for my Beko dryer, paid with paypal extra shipping, no problem, just that never received tracking number for shipping, no response to email and of course product not received.
Very disappointed, next step is paypal dispute.

Absolutely happy with my order, though had to wait bit longer than expected.

Not all spare parts for our stove is presented on the site.
We ordered a lamp for the baking stove, but glass shield for this lamp was not on the list.

It seems they printed only half of the address on the package, and so it came back to them.
After almost 3 months, my money is finally refunded.
Very poor and slow communication - this should not have taken 3 months!
They would not send the product again unless I made another order, even though they took a long time in refunding the money.

No matter, I will take my business somewhere else - if I wanted slow response times & poor shopping experience, I would have bought from Romania.

I have ordered a product with international delivery on 21.06.2013 - support informed me it has shipped on that date, also the credit card was debited around that date.
It is now more than 6 weeks later (12.08.2013) and the product has not arrived.
Also further support tickets have gone unanswered for at least a week now.
Clearly nobody cares and I will probably have to file an official complaint with the authorities to get my money back, even if it is just a small sum (30 euro).

Ich habe ein Produkt mit international ab 21.06.2013 bestellt - Unterstützung informierte mich hat es zu diesem Zeitpunkt ausgeliefert, auch die Kreditkarte wurde um diesem Zeitpunkt belastet.
Es ist nun mehr als 6 Wochen später (12.08.2013) und das Produkt ist nicht angekommen.
Auch weitere Support-Tickets gegangen für mindestens eine Woche jetzt unbeantwortet.
Offensichtlich niemand kümmert und ich werde wohl noch eine offizielle Beschwerde bei den Behörden einreichen, um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, auch wenn es nur eine kleine Summe (30 Euro).
