We are deeply dissatisfied due to yet another unauthorized charge on our credit card. We canceled the renewal of our subscription already in 2024, directly after we got our membership.

In 2025, the subscription got renewed and our credit card was charged once again. After many emails, we received a refund.

In 2026, we were charged once more – completely unauthorized(!!!) This despite the fact that we have already canceled our subscription twice. And have not logged in to the account for the last two years!

we are quite dissatisfied and, frankly, angry. We demand an immediate refund of a total of CHF 185 / USD 237 and a confirmed cancellation no later than June 15th, 2026.

I have recently purchased one of their courses with promises that "Once you purchase this course, you can sign in and download all videos and assets." After 7 days, I got an email stating that my rental over the course has expired. The course also disappeared from my library. I tried to reach them through email but no response. I still have 2 more courses in my library from the past but never was able to download. I DO NOT recommend buying from them anymore. They must have been good in the beginning, but this site is almost like a phantom website.

I wish I could give this company a minus as they are taking customers' money and not providing the goods. They are also not replying to any emails or messages being sent. I am looking into where they can be reported to. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I recently purchased a course from this website, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had online. Despite the website looking professional and promising, the course was poorly structured and lacked the value I expected. If you’re considering purchasing from them, I highly recommend thinking twice. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful website—your money would be better spent elsewhere. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this course to anyone

Ordered a product, but I can´t download it because the webside can't recognise my e-mail. I have contacted support-team several times over several days, but they don´t answer. But they have no problem taken my money.

I have been trying to cancel subscription for an extended period but customer service will not respond to my request for cancellation. Beware of the this company. Check their Facebook and you will see that this is a common thing.

I purchased a 1 year subscription. Before my year was up I went to cancel the membership before it renewed. Turns out the ONLY way to cancel is to send and email at least 30 days!!!! before it renews. I have sent multiple emails to the supposed email to cancel and have not got a reply. My account auto renewed even though I emailed before my subscription renewed and to date I've not got a reply. There is no other way to cancel the membership or contact the company except for the emails which they don't reply to.

I wish I could give zero stars. I did the 7 day trial and repeatedly emailed them to cancel, but they still charged me. Now I'm having to dispute the charge.

Ordered a product 8 hours ago, the back end of their website is down so it lets you place your order and take your money but then you can't actually download it.

Every email address bounces back saying you have to log in to contact them (which you can't as the website is down) and their help desk links to a Zendesk account which is no longer in use so I'm not sure if their even operating anymore.

Asked not to renew but they took £299 anyway and will not respond to multiple emails trying to get my money back.
I have now had to seek legal action to recover the funds they took from my card.

Subscribed for a 7-day trial last weekend. Until now the content has not been unlocked. Support is unresponsive and I bet the only thing that works is the auto-renewal... In my eyes this platform is more like a scam.

I have emailed multiple times and I am getting no reply, I want to cancel my membership but can only do it through email and they do not reply. Absolute scam.

Having one of the worst experiences ever as a customer., after being a loyal customer for years,
Customer service is appalling and barely communicate… I have lost a lot of money on their platform but they don’t care.,

Apart from over charging me for several years whilst simultaneously unable to access the platform., when queried they avoided responding, then finally when they did… just terminated my account with no reason… I explained I wanted to resolve the issue amicably so they closed my account down instead of finding a fair resolution.

Uk law is challenging to navigate when it comes to online platforms and legal issues, but we’re working on it.

This course provides a wonderful insight into the process of producing composite images. Quality content which is very useful.

Dishonest company. Charged my card twice more than planned and then impossible to cancel membership. I had to cancel my credit card. Stay away.

Having already completed a full round of education in academia and science, when I decided to transition careers to become a full-time professional photographer at 30 years old, I just wasn't in a place in life to go back and enroll in a traditional education system again. PRO EDU and many of the instructors came into my life at exactly the right time. Though such legendary names such as Pratik Naik, Michael Woloszynowicz, Sandro, Earth Oliver, and more, I was able to hone my long time side hobby into a viable full time career. As a former nerd (ok, current nerd still, but that's between us), I love that PRO EDU tutorials are not just about the how, but also the why. I also love that they're taught in a way that I can then translate a skill taught for one specific area into an entirely different genre. Whether casual weekend shooter or professional, PRO EDU has educational content that everyone can benefit from (plus, the podcasts are hilarious!!)

While the videos are educational, get ready for a fight when you are ready to cancel. I signed up for the 12 month contract. When the 12 months ended, I wanted to cancel my subscription. I encountered a lot of difficulty logging into the billing portion of the subscription. I could easily watch the videos, but couldn’t manage my billing. As it turns out, a separate account was needed to do this. However, in order to actually cancel your subscription, you need to email support, which in of itself is problematic. After going through many emails, and high pressure sales tactics, (We want to offer you a once in a life time low price only available now) I was told my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged again. Well, this month rolled around and guess who got charged again! Me. I got charged again. It should NOT be this difficult to cancel a subscription. I sent them yet another email, but this definitely warrants a trip to my bank.

Update: I did receive a prompt response and they refunded me, assured me there would be no further billing and issued me a free month. I do appreciate the quick service. Some companies intentionally make canceling very difficult, whereas other companies simply have inefficient systems in place. It’s hard to tell which is the case here. Regardless, I’ve never had so much difficulty canceling a subscription and that’s disappointing.
