Despite contacting Adam via Email requesting he refunds money paid for work not completed I have received no reply ( unsurprisingly) this guy took total of £240 cash from us and my sofa, chairs and footstool are wrecked due to him not sealing the dye ……..

Job half done - I messaged with pictures to show areas of concern (sofa pillows were put back whilst wet so made marks, only visible areas treated, sides of pillows and sofas not done at all) with kind request to return.
I got a really unprofessional message back and then I was ignored. No responses to WhatsApp (Which was original method of comms) not phone call
Complete lack of professionalism and no resolution, no response to my further reach outs from Adam.
Really disappointed.
