Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. I could drink a cup of coffee and you took care about my car and replacing the tires. Everything went well and smooth. Afterwards the car was waiting on me in front of the door, replaced tires was nicely packed in my trunk. Thank you guys.

Rude staff during service
We recently came for a service and break pad changes and had a rude mechanic accuse us of not paying attention while driving with loud music, not servicing our car(without even checking the service manual) and accusing us of trying to kill people on the road.
This person should not be client facing at all and made sure that we will not be coming back.

Really disappointed
Sorry to say that I am very unhappy with Profile after service.
I have purchased two tires Bridgestone from Profile for my Passat and in almost a year and less than 11,000 km, the tires surface are damaged severely.
I have a long experience with tires and more than 25 years of driving and It is clear that the tires are are out of spec and have manufacturing problems.
Unfortunately, I tried to have the tires replaced at no cost but they did not agree and did not offer any compensation. Very disappointed.

We hebben het hier al diverse malen over gehad samen. We vinden het jammer dat u onze oplossing heeft afgeslagen en het bij een andere garage op heeft laten lossen. Als we te maken hebben met een garantie dan lossen wij dit altijd op deze manier op. Helaas was dit bij u niet het geval.

Took 20 mins for APK. Said there aren't a lot of kms on the clock! Does that mean things don't need to be checked?
