Got tricked into paying more
I went for APK to Profile. They have appointments available at short notice which is good but seems they try to use these opportunities to upsell and increase the bill. They told me something was wrong with my wipers and just changed it without any proper checks and added it to my bill. I said my wipers are new and they were working absolutely fine just hours ago. When asked to look at them again, the mechanic admitted they look fine but says "i already changed it because i thought they had issue". Not an answer you expect from a trained mechanic. So I wonder why i had to pay for something that did not really need a change!

Dear Dushyant,
When you brought the car over for the APK we told you that if there where small problems with you car, like a broken light or a maybe a whiper we would replace these parts immediatly.
You agreed on this.
When i checked the whipers for the APK they didnt clean the windshield.
Theyhomped over the windshield en left the water on the window.
This is not allowed for the APK so i replaced the whipers.
You told me that you had replaced the wipers recently and that you bought the wipers for 20,0 euro from amazon.
I couldn't see any mailfunctions on the whipers, but that doesn't mean that they were good.
Because i felt bad about this situation you even received a 50% discount on the new whipers.
The problem was with the cheap whipers from Amazon, not with our service.
