Tire pressure was not set properly

Tire pressure was not set properly. so i have to drive back the car back from highway.
Thereafter the pressure was set to 3.0 bar where as car needed 2.3 bar. Too much pressure in car is very dangerous hence I am not satisfied with the service from profile. Being tire expert, there must quality check on the car.
