Problem Descripton:
Firstly thank you for your professional service and for your positive employee support. But;
I said I did 18k kilometers after I bought my vehicle and I don't know the situation. After the inspection, I said let me know if there is any extra maintenance or parts that need to be replaced and I got confirmation of this at the consultancy.
After I bought my vehicle from you, I was told that the maintenance was done and that my car was in good condition, even though they kept it lower than the specified maintenance fee. As of the beginning of this week, my car started to slow down in 5th gear and when I started to examine it, I learned that the problem could be the pressure pad, air filter or the vanos inside the engine,est I dont know.
Have you looked at these and are these checked by your service ? Can you share a summary of the maintenance performed?

I sent this mail and no feedback and problem is ongoing still!

I did APK. it was done very quickly and everything explained clearly.
