Proper service only after complaining
I expect that at an official Profile branch, everything is carried out according to the rules immediately. They did not remove the old balancing weights during the tire fitting. Only after we raised our concerns did they fix the situation, remove the old weights, and redo the balancing from scratch. Thankfully, they acknowledged that it is not normal.
But what else was done correctly? Were the hubs and rims cleaned at all? As a customer, I have no way of knowing unless I supervise everything the whole time. From a franchise like this, I expect proper service from the start, not something that has to be corrected after complaining.
Additionally, the communication regarding the price was very poor. They even called us themselves to ask if we were bringing our own tires. But even during that conversation, they didn't mention a higher price or any price at all. You see one thing on the website, but the reality is different.
Fortunately, they admitted it was their mistake and eventually lowered the price. But the whole experience leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

We are sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations from the start. As discussed at our branch, we agreed with you that the balancing should have been carried out differently. We therefore corrected this immediately and rebalanced the wheels from scratch.
We also discussed the misunderstanding regarding the price with you and adjusted the price accordingly. After resolving these points together, we were under the impression that everything had been settled to your satisfaction and that you left our branch feeling confident about the work carried out. We are therefore sorry to read that this was not the case.
