Beware of Profile Security

Beware of Profile Security! They place orders with your company but then fail to pay the invoice. On Christmas Eve, they ordered gourmet catering for 9 people from us and enjoyed their meal. However, they never paid the bill. Despite multiple reminders, calls, and emails, Mr. De Laat from Profile Security has completely stopped responding. Consider this a warning!

Neglect of Security Dog and Fabricated Invoice to Croydon Council

This Company was contracted by Croydon Council to attend a local property.

Sent 2 security guys in unmarked vehicles , one with a dog and one without.

Hottest day of the year so far but the dog was not let out of the car for fresh air or water and these guys were outside the premises for @ 20 hours yet just around the corner is loads of green space which the dog would have loved.

Speaking to one of the guards, he said as they were working dogs all he had to do was feed it, once in the morning and once at night and that was it.

Refused to identify which Company he / they were from, refused to identify themselves and initially refused to show any SIA Badges.

After a while slapped 2 x triangular yellow ‘Dog Unit’ magnetic signs to the side of the vehicle which was butted up to the rear of an unconnected van so no way to even open the hatchback to give the dog fresh air.

We bumped fists and he said it was an easy job for them as all they had to do was sit there doing nothing and getting paid.

However invoice to Croydon Council claims Enforcenent Agents, a Locksmith double the amount of dog units in attendance than there actually was plus claiming they had to abort an eviction due to being unable to force a lock, yet NO LOCKSMITH was ever in attendance.

A bumped up fabrication to defraud an already Bankrupt Croydon Council out of an inflated invoice for personel and events that categorically did NOT take place plus since Croydon Council has engaged these cowboy contractors Croydon Council must be equally liable as to the neglect and suffering of the dog trapped in a normal hatchback unable to see out, drink water or receive fresh air and could be heard distressed and barking.

What mental cruelty that dog has and probably continues to suffer at the hands of this so called DOG HANDLER.

The vehicle concerned was registered in Leeds (no pun intended) with the Registration YB 08 VXK.

Unprofessional keep clear at any cost

Next to non unprofessional security company. Get the contract by undercutting everyone and the staff who tupe suffering badly. Play Games so that ppl who tupe leaves the company. Ie messing up your wages/ not on time/ not approving or paying you holidays/ not answering you questions/ Blaming eachother for responsibilities in the meantime you are left pendantic. Removing you holidays from roster after approval while you're on holidays. 🤠 cowboys .... Gladly I have left them Thank God...and managed to get my lost pay after giving them evidence that I'm on holiday and someone is covering me. Shocking. All in all unprofessional/ no empathy and cowboy no one knew them and no one will know then very soon. O one thing I forgot they ask you if you are a Union member or not I guess that makes a difference too😎.. bullies
