Purchased an Pro Fitness EB 1000 Excercise Bike from Argos
It was delivered on time, however the packaging was was tight and difficult to undo. The fastenings such as screws and washers were sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard. They difficult to get out I assume were all present and correct.
The product was difficult to assemble, worst of all the knob and screw for securing and adjusting the seat likewise the one fixing the handlebar were both missing.
The vendor in all fairness, as they are not specialists in this type of product will not be able to rectify this therefore the bike is not fit for use. Sadly this leaves me no choice but to dispose of it I may as well thrown the £145 in the bin. Also a good part of an evening wasted assembling it to no avail! It is a product that was delivered to my door so I am unable to take it back to the store.

Absolute rubbish just spent £600 on a T1000
treadmill the box looks like someone’s been playing football with it open the box and found the 2 bottles of oil that come with it have both split open and completely covered the running mat it is an accident waiting to happen now it’s like a skate rink Argos doing absolutely nothing about it to be honest it looks like it’s been put together by a blind person the stickers are on a slant it’s just poor quality for the money I would not recommend this treadmill to anyone let’s see how long it takes for my money back

I ordered a deep tissue massage gun over 2 weeks ago. Despite 2 emails asking at what stage my order is I received no response.
Do they even exist or have I been scammed. I have an order number etc. But have heard nothing and as yet have not received my item.

I had been looking around for treadmills for the best part of 3 months until I came across Pro Fitness Supplies. I had placed an order with them for a treadmill and within a day I received an email and a phone call confirming my order with the ETA + additional information on the treadmill. Given the current Covid disruptions to the supply chain, Pro Fitness Supplies were extremely professional and provided regular updates. I was dealing with Paul who kept me updated regarding the whereabouts of the treadmill every couple of days. Once the treadmill had arrived in Ireland, Paul hand delivered the treadmill to my door the next day and prepared it for immediate use. I would highly recommend using Pro Fitness Supplies for their Professional and friendly services and safe to say they have earned a customer for life.

I ordered two items from them. One I was told was out of stock a week after the order was placed. I had to remind them to process the refund for that a week later, but it did come through. Fine.

With the other item, I was contacted to say it was not available in the colour ordered, but was in stock in another colour. Ok. I was given three delivery estimates over the course of a month, none of which were met, before they eventually confirmed that 'stock depleted altogether' and they were cancelling the order and putting through a refund. This item is still showing as in stock (in multiple colours) on their website.

When it was pointed out to them that their website gives conflicting information about what is in stock, available and on sale, and what is not, they took the time to tell me how irritating it was when people order without properly reading the product description...

They have removed one of the products I had ordered, but the other is still showing as available on their website.

They do answer phone calls, but despite promises to the contrary, they will not generally respond to email.

I ordered a ForceUSA G6 multi-trainer, a bench and some floor mats. Everything arrived when Paul said it would and was set-up the same-day. Paul was here for nearly 6 hours assembling the machine and stayed late into the night to complete it.

A very professional company (and man). Kept in regular contact during the process and I would highly recommend buying from him. I certainly will when I need more equipment.
