Avoid these folks at all costs! When I called them a week or so, the person I spoke with told me that the payment on August 15, 2024, would be the last one, and that they would refund me any money that was left over because I had asked them to remove the two loans that I hadn't settled, and they had already paid off the last creditor on the 23rd. I wasn't sure why I was charged an additional $152 though. Then, today on the 29th, they withdrew another payment. When I contacted, they told me that I would be paying them for the service until October. They said it was a component of their settlement scheme!
Not at all! I already received a large charge every time they settled a loan, so why am I still making payments to you?
Furthermore, since today is not even the due date which would be 1st and 15th, why did you take the money out a few days early?
So basically, I am continue paying them till October for $590 a month but for what, I paid off the last two loans by myself and your job is done and the person I talked to also said so! On June 3, 2024 you charged me $645 for settle the last loan already!
