Used progressive parts numerous times for my fiesta St and Golf R and every time I’ve had very quick delivery and every part has been spot on. I’d highly recommend progressive parts and I’ll be using them in the future

My order was shipped next day and arrived very fast! Would definitely recommend as they seem spot on. Only thing that would be good is if they maybe had a phone number to call, but otherwise spot on! Will definitely use you guys again 👍🏼

Didn't get back to me at first and they don't even have a phone to call.
When they did respond they basically told me to go elsewhere. Atrocious service.

Had an R600 intake supplied and fitted by progressive parts. Sounds really good. I’ve been going here for years and had 90 percent of my mods done here. Would recommend.

Put my reg in to their system for a haldex service kit for audi a3 2005 3.2v6. Ordered the parts they said were for my car and received them only to find out they have sent my a haldex gen 4 kit instead of a haldex gen 2 kit. I go on to their website to return the item but I have to apply for a returns number, hit apply but nothing happens at all and i dont want or have time to be phoning people to get fobbed off. So I have checked reviews and this seems to be a normal thing for this company. I advise other customers not to use Progressive parts.

Bought parts from this outfit parts were faulty. Sent them back now there not going to refund me. Stay well clear of them wouldn’t go near them with a barge pole

Website shows "Low stock" estimated dispatch 2-3 days.

Coming upto 2 weeks now and still no "Lead" time available on my order.

Website should not have such misleading stock or dispatch times.

I ordered a rear Diffuser for my 2016 Seat Leon Fr.
The part was not in stock and was advised via email it had to be ordered from Poland and to wait several weeks..
Then I received a part that didn’t fit my car due to standard Leon and Fr Leon being different fitment.
This is not stated anywhere whilst purchasing these items I may add !
And because it’s out the 14 day return window they don’t accept my return.
Even if they could it would be a credit note to spend in their store !
Took my money and use bullying tactics to avoid solving any issues.

Simon and the team were extremely knowledgeable, and advised which parts would be beneficial for a track day I had coming up in the Golf. Got the bits out to me next day. Would use again. Perfect!

Ordered 5 spark plugs for my RS3, only dispatched 4. Very unhelpful on email, asking me to return the 4 in order for them to dispatch the single spark plug that was missing, how does that make any sense?? Don’t order from here unless you want bits of your order to be missing!! Claimed they have “CCTV” footage of all 5 being packed yet they won’t send me this. Also how can it be possible they packed all 5, when the package came fully sealed upon delivery? AVOID at all costs.

Service from progressive parts was great. However i ordered the r600 carbon air intake system and i am far from happy with the product after a month on the car. These are not oem fitment or quality. Firstly the air filter itself does not sit tight in the opening it moves a lot under revs. The filter itself moves up and down as much as 1cm. This air intake at the front is warped and does not sit well on the underside piece. Central of this air intake is a lot of movement. I had to put a piece of tape to reduce this excess movement. There is a screw fixing on the underside but no screw hole to attach the top piece to the bottom. Not worth the money they retail for! Your website does not allow me to contact you directly, form asks for a 6 number order id my order number was only 5 numbers so cannot complete form on your website. Followed fitting instructions and still not a good fit.

I've used Progressive Parts several times for BMW and SEAT performance parts and servicing.

Overall, they've got a great selection of stock from good brands at competitive prices.
Delivery is always fast, and I've never had an issue with their products.

However... The "reviews" on their website cannot be trusted.
Progressive Parts delete any reviews that are less than 5 stars, so their product reviews simply aren't trustworthy.

The vast majority of the products they sell have no reviews whatsoever, precisely because Progressive Parts delete all reviews that are less than 5 stars, even if the review is positive, they still delete it.

I believe Progressive Parts are somewhat misleading their customers with the way they handle their website and product reviews - they should be more honest and allow customers to express their honest opinions and give advice for other potential buyers.

Shipping is also expensive, considering some of the parts cost thousands of pounds, they still insist on charging for delivery which I think is unfair.
It wouldn't cost them much to give free delivery on orders over £100 for example.

Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done on their car. I took my Vw Golf Gti Clubsport there today to have a waterpump done which was incredible value for money considering how big the job was. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions as this is my first VAG car. Mark even ran though why my waterpump failed and that it’s very common for them to fail also talk about my plans for my car moving forward, Also bought some extra bits whilst I was there.

An awful company sends out defective parts, refuses to take returns refuses to pay the legitimate bill for fitting the defective parts they’re selling, and then they threaten and send aggressive emails full of lies and hatred. I’m now suing this company for defamation.

Progressive parts, are helpful, informative and reliable.
My car has benefited from the purchases I have made there.
Delivery is reliable, and communication has been proactive.
Having bought basic and advanced upgrades, my opinion has never wavered.
Based in Somerset, I have always ordered from the people I trust in Manchester.

This is ABSOLUTELY the place to go.
I have bought multiple items from Progressive Parts - communication is fantastic, they have a live stock system that gives full transparency and the full service is A1.
This is a proper business - not like a lot of the rubbish ‘one man in a shed’ outfits that will promise you the world and not fulfil your requirements or order.

Avoid. 2 weeks after ordering ignition coils and they can't track the delivery or provide an update. £150 down the drain... go somewhere else for your parts.

This is the place to go ..I 100% recommend progressive parts VAG Manchester for their professional approach and high standard of workmanship, and value for money they completely Transformed my Audi A7 with full Maxton aero kit,.. they absolutely know their VAG products and it was seamless from ordering the parts to the fitting.. Brilliant, cheers guys
