I had a highly unprofessional experience here and strongly caution anyone considering enrolling. I completed the required coursework for Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Rhino, but the owner refused to issue my earned certificate when I declined to purchase additional, unagreed-upon classes. The pricing structure is misleading, and I experienced constant high-pressure sales tactics, including artificial time constraints and sudden price increases. He relentlessly pressured me to keep buying more courses and taking on more work, completely disregarding my explicit boundaries and repeated statements that I was not interested.
Despite the branding suggesting a full company, I only ever interacted with the owner. There was a concerning lack of basic professional respect; he repeatedly called me by the wrong last name ("Penn") despite my multiple corrections. Furthermore, the instructional sessions themselves were highly inappropriate. Instead of focusing on the software I paid to learn, the owner frequently derailed the classes with unprompted political rants and deeply uncomfortable personal comments. Even more concerning, he distributed and installed pirated software onto my personal computers for the coursework, rather than using legitimate educational licenses.
When I finally confronted him about the financial demands and my withheld certificate, the communication became extremely hostile. He threatened me with legal action and then blocked all communication. After over a month of me begging him to release what I had already earned, he finally issued my certificate.
Finally, please view the high ratings here with heavy skepticism. The owner directly admitted to me that he offers financial incentives ($100) in exchange for positive Google reviews. So I would definitely ignore all of the obviously over positive reviews for this company. I highly recommend taking your time and money elsewhere.

PS - He also literally sent me a seat assist letter, so that I wouldn’t be able to tell you the truth about what happened to me.

I am really satisfied with ProICT training for TOGAF9.2 and I am highly recommend to do the TOGAF here.

I have learned lot of things from ProICT Training. Training was excellent and really helpful to learn new technologies with best trainers. The Knowledge level and Guidance Provided by the Instructors are above Satisfactory Level.I recommend everyone to join the ProICT Training if you want to upgrade your skill.

ProICT provided all sorts of guidance and motivation to complete TOGAF9.2 and it was amazing experiencing to complete course first attempt itself. though it was difficult, study material from OpenGroup and ProICT help drew to success.
