I ordered a Joseph Joseph expandable dish drainer 3 months ago. They informed me that they were out of stock after they took my money. I said I’d wait for the few weeks they expected stock in however 2 months later still nothing I was refunded my money then a month later they took money from my account without my consent leaving me overdrawn. I contacted them all they seem bothered was that they shipped the item to me so now I have to wait heaven only knows when to get my refund leaving me broke. I’m appalled with this company my advice give it a wide berth.

Courier delivered to wrong address! Customer services phone number says they are closed despite calling them at 15.30 when the message says they are open. Do not use!

Delivery was such a letdown that it has completely ruined my experience with the company. I have received an email with a tracking number. Have been checking the delivery status page and it was saying the item is out for delivery. However while I was at home no one came and the status page stated that they came but I was not present. The same thing repeated next day. Status page kept giving me different information: first they were going redeliver, and then it said that the item had been sent to the delivery depot and notification left for me. However it was not true again as I have not received any note from them. As I did not have a delivery number I called the company and they promised to investigate and make sure my order will be redelivered. However they called me back and said that the order was left in a local newsagent shop and I should go there I collect it. It was not convenient for me but I had no other choice as I really wished to get my order as it was a birthday present. So due to such a mess with a delivery it gave me a very bad impression about this company. However packaging and a product itself were very good.
