Such a great company!
Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about this company. Their customer service is outstanding, their products are amazing, the pigment in their gel polishes is insane! I have their e-file and I love it! It is fabulous, very quiet, lightweight and the charge lasts forever. honestly, it is as good as the KB one but half the price! I recommend it to any nail techs looking for a good quality reliable e-file. You won't be disappointed! Pro Impressions are a small business with a lot to offer. They have my recommendation and I will continue to purchase products from them in the future. Excellent company!!!!

Could not fault this company at all. Daughter lost her charger for her
e file machine and they were amazing at helping. They gave amazing price to send her a new charger out and was with us within 2 days, they also sent complimentary item. Thanks again for one of the best and easiest customer service ive received

Pro Impressions have fantastic…
Pro Impressions have fantastic products, an easy to use website and posting is fast. I love their nail glue and advanced nail tips. I also purchased some tools this time. They arrived in the same week I ordered them ( around 3 days) and are really good quality.

Awful service and mishandle data
Awful experience with this company, very poor customer service following a data breach. Have tried to raise internally with them but no luck after several emails and phone calls, all I have been told is that a manager has tried to call me but they wouldn't tell me who, for such a serious matter i'm appalled with how its been handled. Will be reporting to the ICO.

I got some nail tips from here as many nail techs recommend them on nail forums. They seem very sturdy and are in nice packaging.
The dispatch and shipping was super fast (only a few days) and inside my parcel there was some lovely freebies! A lovely gesture. Thank you - will buy again!!

Highly recommended, ordering from Republic of Ireland and I’ve had no issues in fact order has arrived within days. I love the products, I’ve ordered nail tips, waxing items and cuticle oils. Well worth the money and I can not fault any product, it all came in perfect condition.

Quick delivery unfortunately a bottle of sanitiser leaked in the package which meant I'd lost quite a lot of the liquid. I contacted them over email about this over a week ago but so far no reply which I don't think is good enough really.
