I did not receive an order that was ordered under subscription and was still charged. After contacting them they have not got back to me. Great product but poor service

Ordered on 23rd Jan with 'two business day delivery'
Nothing arrived and no communication received until 2nd Feb, which was an email letting me know that my order had been cancelled and that I’d receive a refund shortly…
Refund received 3 days later… Two weeks after placing order.
