Horrible customer service.. Project Canna are scammers! I have been trying to get my order processed for almost 2 months now. I paid over $60 and got a message back that it was out of stock and I got a "credit". They didn't answer my request for when the product would be in stock again. Later I gave up trying to get that product, so tried buying something different, but their website wouldn't let me use the credit. I had them fix this so my amount due is $0 but the website insists that I cannot order unless I pay for ANOTHER "$60 minimum order", which means I have to pay a second $60 to get my original $60 worth of product. This is stupid! I have emailed the company back multiple times asking if they can process the order without me having to use the online version due to this problem. They didn't respond in 2 days. I told them I wanted a refund, and another 2 days later they didn't respond again. So I'm leaving this negative review for them because of TERRIBLE customer service, and what feels like a scam on my end re how their website works and they refuse to help me. Supposedly they are a new company that bought out the old company, ShroomsXpress, but I am NOT impressed! At this point I figure i've lost my $60 forever and will NEVER use this company again.

I was terribly disappointed with your products. They were rated at AAA+ and that couldn't be further from the truth. I ordered 3 different ounces and I didn't find any of them to be as good as your website rated them. The blueberry was so dry I could break it up with my fingers and didn't even have a hint of blueberry taste. I've had this strain from other dispensaries and it was very good so I just assumed yours would be similar. But I guess for $64 you can't really expect much. But I was really hoping the Pinkman Goo and Pink Bubba would make up for it, and again I was disappointed. They both were dry and had no stickiness to the bud. I've learned an expensive lesson, which is to stick with the supplier that delivers quality every time. I live in Toronto and the dispensaries here are way better and cheaper. I get an ounce of Pink Kush for $130 and it's pungent and sticky all the way through with an amazing high. Won't be ordering from you guys again. I guess the only good thing is that I got a 20% discount for being a first time buyer and the product was delivered on time.

Great stuff, fast delivery

Project Canna has a very good variety of quality products, quick shipping and good service. Their prices are nice and competitive and they often have some sales going on. Only downside is that they don't update the information on their website often enough.

I have purchased twice now from Project Canna . There service and products are second to none.
