After days of the charger not connecting tp project ev system ,I had the day off work ,lewis took my call and for over a hour constantly trying different things ,eventually successfully get the charger all up and running granted some of it was my fault but lewis sorted it all out and was very polite the full conversation ,I would highly recommend this service if anyone had a problem thanks again mark

Had the EV charger fitted but was unable to get it linked to my phone using the instructions. However after getting through to the help line Samuel helped to sort this immediately. The user manual could just do with updating to say you need to stand next to the charger to link it to your phone

1st class customer service
1st class customer service. I called, didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d try again but didn’t have to, got a call from Lewis (Woollett) asking how he could help.
He then tried all sorts to resolve my issue, but ended up needing to book a visit. Wasn’t for a lack of trying that’s for sure!
Comms were great, Lewis was clear on what they were doing and why. This is how customer service should be!!
Once they decided on a visit, Jaida-Leigh contacted me explaining my options clearly and to be clear, the options were pretty good considering my charger is about 4 years old.

Excellent Service and Speedy Response!
We are new to electric vehicles and didn’t have the first idea how the charging at home works. We wanted to take advantage of the overnight cheap rates offered by Octopus and although we already had a charging unit installed on our new build house we had never even looked at it. We contacted Project EV for help and spoke to Paul Kolawole.
He was amazing! Explained everything we needed to do and went through setting up the account, even ensuring the charger was connected to our WiFi. Believe me he had to be very patient with us but didn’t show any signs of frustration. We are all sorted and so grateful for his assistance. Thanks Paul, you’re a star!
