I enrolled in Educate360 / Project Management Academy's PMP Exam Prep boot camp and passed on my first attempt, performing AT across all three domains. The course is well-structured, resource-rich, and genuinely prepares you for the exam.

Instructor Wayne Brantly was a highlight — engaging, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout every live virtual session. His real-world scenarios and good humor made a tough exam feel achievable.

Beyond passing, the program helped me gain real confidence in how I present my project management background. Highly recommend to any PM looking to get certified.

On the positive side, the live, instructor‑led portion of the class was well done. The instructor kept the sessions informative and moved at a good pace.
My complaint is with the online study material provided after the classroom portion. As I worked through the timed practice exams and quizzes, the vast majority of the explanations referenced PMBOK 6, with only a very small percentage referencing PMBOK 7. The course is advertised as preparation for a PMBOK 7 based exam. When I emailed PMA about this discrepancy, the response I received was not helpful. Even during the live class, the instructor advised us not to focus on PMBOK 6 because it could be confusing.
Over the past couple of months, I completed five timed practice exams and countless quizzes. This past weekend, I sat for my PMP exam and felt as though I was taking a completely different test than the one I had been prepared for. My takeaway is that the actual exam aligned with PMBOK 7, as expected, but the study materials prepared me for PMBOK 6.
Now that more than 120 days have passed, PMA appears to be distancing itself from responsibility, and the “pass on the first try” guarantee no longer applies. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their exam preparation and their response to my concerns. In my opinion, PMA chose not to invest in updating their online content to PMBOK 7, and as a result, I felt completely unprepared for the exam despite months of studying.

The PMP Bootcamp provided a clear, intuitive, and well‑structured introduction to project management principles. The content offered a concise yet comprehensive overview, making it easy to grasp key concepts quickly. The instructor was exceptionally patient, took the time to address every question in detail, and ensured that all participants felt confident with the material. Overall, the learning experience was both informative and engaging.

I am pleased to have completed the PMP online bootcamp. Throughout the course, the instructor demonstrated a strong commitment to helping us master the core project management principles and consistently approached each module with focus, discipline, and a genuine desire to help me and my fellow classmates learn and grow.

My instructor engaged thoughtfully with the material, applied critical thinking to scenario-based real-life experience.

The information was great, but our instructor was the best. Joe Drammissi, was an outstanding instructor answered all of the class questions and concerns very clearly quickly, also in a way that didn’t make us feel dumb. 10/10 for our instructor Joe dramissi from San Diego!

I just completed the 4-day long PMP course with Mike Giacalone, and it was an incredible experience. I learned so much not only from Mike but also from the diverse group of participants, which included people from construction, military, ERP, and software backgrounds. It was valuable to dive into both adaptive and predictive project management principles. Mike did an excellent job preparing us for the exam and offered practical tips that will help as I continue my studies. I highly recommend this course to anyone pursuing the PMP certification, and I can’t emphasize enough how much of a bonus it would be to have Mike as your instructor.

The instructor was top tiered. Extremely beneficial in making the information believable and transferable.

I paid $2,000 for an in person course. During the course the instructor just read 500 slides. When asking relevant questions he acted annoyed and was more concerned with getting through the content rather than teaching it.

He also mentioned that the PMI test is going to "Change soon" and that this content might not be fully relevant in a few months.

Separately I was told that I would need to purchase 3-4 additional books in additional to the other materials they provided me???

So they provided a book with 500 slides of content that somehow did not include all the necessary content to discuss???

The practice exams are very agile focused and this course did not go in depth to the level needed to fully understand all agile terms.

I walked away learning nothing and unprepared for the PMP exam.

I paid $50 to join study hall on the PMI website and the content is wildly different than what the project management academy is teaching.

Avoid this course, it's overpriced, and doesn't even provide the content you need to pass the exam.

The instructor, Gregg, is an excellent teacher. He has a dynamic speaking voice which helped keep us engaged. He also ensured we had time to ask questions, gave us further examples to better understand concepts, and created a space that made us all feel comfortable asking any question and provide feedback. The group of students in the class was also exceptional, providing a wide variety of experience with project management which added depth to the training.

Project Management Academy was great and the class was well worth it. Great instructor, great materials, great environment and great advice. The support after class is equally impressive. Thank you all at PMA.

I completed my PMP Bootcamp a few weeks ago. I walked away feeling confident, informed and exhausted. The days were long, w/ basically non-stop lecturing ... but organized and varied between content and real-life examples from the instructors career that supported the concepts being taught.

There was a good bit of test taking recommendations, tips and tricks. Which is the point of the bootcamp, not to master all the content and apply it to your daily. You'd have to take a college class for that level of detail.

My only constructive criticism is that there should be a couple more bio-breaks throughout the day!

I was pleased with the regular communication leading up to the first day of class to after the class was over. I received useful information and tools. The instructor was patient with questions and expanded on key information.

If you get the fortune of having Ryan Haag as an instructor, you will be in for a treat! His explanations, examples, and pace, make the information easier to understand. Wasn’t afraid to ask questions, overall great environment! Would definitely recommend.

I was dreading four solid days of training - but it went by quickly, was super engaging, and I learned sooo much. With a few weeks of study, I will be well prepared to take the PMP exam. Heidi, the instructor, was remarkable. She used real-life examples, had us workshop some of the concepts, did fantastic reviews of what we had learned, and kept answering our questions. Highly recommend this course!

Michael was an extremely informative and made the information easy to digest. He was very engaging and took the time to make sure that the entire class understood before moving on to new concepts. I would recommend him for sure.
