My granddaughter loves her Busy Board! And she keeps wanting to go on a picnic to use her Little Explorer Binoculars (or 'noculurs as she calls them.) Middle of winter in Michigan does not bode well for her getting to go on a picnic, but she likes to look at birds in the yard from inside with them.

Awful customer service and value for…
Awful customer service and value for money and misleading listings. I ordered an item (the cute mini barn toy) for £29.99 as a Christmas present and was told it would arrive in time for Christmas. After no info or response about my order and why it had not arrived before Christmas it was shipped on Christmas Day from china and only arrived today. No once has anyone from the seller responded to my emails or a request for a refund as delivery as taken so long. Also for £29.99 it’s a rip off as it’s not as advertised on their website listing and is a cheaply made Chinese item. Overall incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Beautifully crafted busy book
The site was easy to navigate. There were several types of busy boards or busy books to choose from. I selected a beautifully colored book with sturdy pieces yet soft. Each page has colorful critters with various objects to touch and move. I think I enjoy it as much as my granddaughter.

My purchase was really late…
My purchase was really late. Watching the tracking, I knew it was stuck somewhere. When I asked Project Montessori if they could look into it from their end, they did. Even during the busy holiday rush, Project Montessori determined that my purchase was lost and they sent me a replacement. I couldn’t be happier.

This product is coming from China. There is no customer service
This order was submitted for Garanteed Christmas delivery. A couple of small things arrived after Christmas.It is January 8 and we are still waiting for the bulk of the order. This product is shipping directly from China which was never communicated.For the price I thought it was made in the US. One response from our first email and none other since. I couldn't send this back if I wanted to as there is no one to ask about the procedure to do this. I am unimpressed with the product and I will never buy from this company again.There is no customer service.

Would never recommend Project Montessori
Two items were ordered at the same time as Christmas gifts, shipped directly to the recipient. I emailed the company to ask if the prices were included in the packing slip and if I could include a gift receipt. They responded quickly & said no prices were included. When only one item was received I emailed them again about the other one. No response. I sent a total of three emails and called three times between Dec. 23, 2025 and Jan. 5, 2026. Never got a response. No one ever answer the phone and I left messages with the order info requested. I was totally ghosted. I am disputing the charged for the item not received with my credit card company. Would not recommend this company and will NEVER order from them again.

Christmas Order Never Arrived; Zero Response
I ordered a train/domino toy for my 4 year old on December 13th, and was given a 7-12 business day shipping time. It's now January 5th and ZERO RESPONSE to all of my calls and e-mails, and of course no train. The website says to call or e-mail with questions or to cancel. Would be great if someone would ever get back to me. It shows as not having shipped yet. The delays and the lack of response are ridiculous.

Poor product
The product was not simple to put together. The Velcro was so small there is no way a child can attach things to it. As an adult when things were attached they just fell off. I sent emails and have had no response.
*I have since received a full refund. However I do think the product is not worth the cost based on the reasons Iisted above.

I ordered on 6th December and received…
I ordered on 6th December and received email stating it had been delivered on 19 December. We were at home all day and no parcel delivered. I contacted customer service on 19th and got a reply stating it would be dealt with after the holiday rush. This was for a Christmas present so I had to get a replacement from another company. I have since sent two further emails on 29th December and 2nd January 2026 with no acknowledgement. Not very efficient with dealing with complaints.

Child’s product contained toxic lead
Child’s product contained toxic lead. Shockingly, the warning on pack was covered by a sticker. I was going to gift this to a little boy with a pregnant mother - this could have been dangerous for them both. I am appalled. I have emailed to complain but received no reply.

I ordered a product on Dec 9th it was a Christmas present. This has still not arrived. I've asked for a refund but this company aren't good at replying to emails. I think they are scammers. The postage was 4.99 and I assumed it was being send from the UK but that is not the case as it comes from China. Don't buy from project Montessori as it's a complete waste of time.
