It is not possible to reach them by phone or email. Their mailbox quota is full(is the message), and it does not help to use the web pages for contact either.

Took a while longer than expected

Took a while longer than expected, so started to wonder what had happened. But eventually a message came that there was a new shipping date, then the order turned up in the post some 10 days after ordering. Am satisfied with the product itself and the service otherwise.

How to make your customers Happy !

When a delivery are delayed of any reason (more than estimated by website), please give your customer a hint, and if possible estimate by a date or days for the delay, will we all be more satisfied as customers. Silence is not always right treatment.
