Another great grounds maintenance visit completed by the Pro Landscapes team today. Thanks again!

They quoted me I accepted and waited for them to start the job.
They came to start, gave me some bull excuses about a water pipe and said when iv moved the pipe they will come back. They didn’t answer the phone to me or my texts and basically lied so they didn’t have to do the job because it was more than they thought. Very poor communication

Great group of lads on job. Polite,hard working and experienced.

Experience was great. Really friendly lads, great work ethic. I had Dan and his boys take out a big oak, it was done skilfully and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the team at pro landscapes. They were very professional, punctual and friendly. The job completed was left in an immaculate condition and I was very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend for any arborist and/or landscape maintenance.

Highly recommend, maintenance on our local football pitches. Look in top condition now and will be using these guys going forward to keep in the best condition possible.

Dan and his team did amazing work in are garden and can thank you guys enough

Dan gave me a price to cut back a big Oak tree in my garden that had become a hazard not only to our children but also our neighbours and a school that our garden backed onto. His workers came for a couple of hours the first day then decided that as one of them had a broken wrist they were not the right people to do the work, and that Dan would have to send out another team. The next day the same two guys showed up, but with a guy that knew what to do. They chopped a few branches back, but not to the 50% that the council had given me permission to have removed. Then left. A few days later they came back to finish the job. I was a little surprised that they were going to finish it in one day, when they had only done about a 3rd of it on the previous days. But they are the professionals on must know what they are doing. NO. When they were leaving I asked when would they be back to finish it. I was somewhat taken back when I was informed it was finished. After I had stopped laughing I was assured it was. I tried to call Dan, but no answer, I tried and tried again u til I finally got through, like his workers before I was told it was finished. I invited Dan to come and see for himself that the tree was in need of a fair bit of work to be even remotely finished. He declined. He also declined to refund me any monies to get it finished by someone else. And after a heated exchange he hung up. He then blocked my number, I called him off my partners phone, after a brief conversation he hung up and yes he blocked her number. I managed to send him some pictures of the tree and he agreed it needed more work, and that someone would be out at the end of the week to finish it. They didn't arrive. However, I saw Dan and his workers at a job down the road from our home, when I approached him he gave me his word they would be there the end of the following week, we shook hands on it and I went away a little content that the tree would now be finished and the branches hanging over my neighbours garden and ours would be gone and the children in both gardens could play safely. Can you guess, knowone showed up,Dan hasn't answered any call and I'm now left with know option but to leave this review and now the school have contacted me, because the branches that were cut down and put through they're wood chopper were NOT fired into the back of they're trailer, but instead were left in a pile on the school playing field, I may just pop to Dan home to ask him how he intends to move forward.

Dan and his team at Pro Landscapes did an amazing job transforming our garden into a beautiful outside living area. Professional landscaping to a 'T', the company does what it says on the tin!

Pro Landscapes totally revamped our garden redoing a massive area of Patio fencing and lawns. They came up with a creative design and made some great suggestions for improvements They were focussed on the job, timely and reliable and I would recommend them in a heartbeat

Daniel has done a lot of work for me in my garden this year. He has built a patio, put down composite decking created long path and laid a large hard standing at the end of the garden as well as replacing all my fencing. ( We have a large garden! ) Daniel is extremely hard working, always on time and has great attention to detail. He will offer his advice when asked and made some great suggestions to me which have really enhanced my garden. I would recommend him strongly and wouldn’t hesitate in using him again for any work that needs doing.
