Some issues with the order not being recognized on the system however, after notifying I had excellent communication from Chris, who did everything he could to resolve. Customer service means a lot to this company and that was evident. Would use again.
Good ordering process and communication throughout, delivery was as promised
Didn't have any stock of the items that were listed as 'in stock' on their web site. Was offered an alternative product which was not the same spec at all, via a dodgy looking e-mail with a phone screenshot on it.
The following day the web site had a note on it saying 'this web site is closing down'.
Generally sh-ite.
Still waiting on delivery, would appreciate it sooner rather than later please!
All good except delivery took a week with no real information at the beginning as to when my order would arrive. Then I received a message with a date and then another message with a following new date. Delivery services needs improvement.

I’ve received 2 other items through the post quicker than what I’m waiting for so they can’t blame Royal Mail!
They are currently working so a covid 19 excuse doesn’t work either!
It’s also a 845 premium call number to even speak to someone!
Haven't received order after nearly a week after paying for speedy delivery, cannot reach by phone or email but happy to take the money
12/24v PWM WW/CW down lights. The adage “you get what you pay for” rings true with these. The manufacturing of the aluminium body, assembly and overall feel is very poor. Light quality is OK, but nothing special. I bought these to replace a product line, guess I’ll keep looking as I won’t be buying more.
Excellent customer service and very prompt delivery. Only one hiccup with a cable shown as available on the website but proved to be the wrong one supplied by PLA's suppliers. Otherwise a really good company to deal with and a very helpful Gareth on the other end of emails to offer advice and help.
