I have used your products before and was looking for a good price. I found the 5 day for20% off. The next day after ordering I received a message with a 25% off. This seems that it could discourage people from ordering

The website says the order is "ship…

The website says the order is "ship ready." Why then does it take 2 days to ship? I keep getting post-purchase confirmation emails but no "we've shipped it" emails. I would think at $200/order plus shipping, there's enough margin in there to get all orders in less than 1 day into USPS priority mail.

The weight that I lost during my 5 day…

The weight that I lost during my 5 day Prolon FMD fell off and hasn't returned. I've tried numerous diets, the weight always comes back. I was suffering from back pains, in addition to the weight loss, the back pain has also minimized. Prolon taught me that we don't need to eat all the foods we eat and as much as we eat it.

Free shipping $200 even on subscription items

Logging in to place an order is frustrating with the Shop popups. I placed 2 orders on the same day then asked Customer Service to apply free shipping since the total was over $200. Rather than crediting the shipping fee to my account they offered to cancel & reorder which didn’t end up working. Too many back & forths.

I just finished my third ProLon Fast…

I just finished my third ProLon Fast and ordered 2 more. I lose about 5 pounds each time and keep it off and all seems to be belly fat - which is where I needed.

More energy, feeling revitalized.

Ease of ordering and I like the different choices available now.
This product is SO great. After just a 1 day reset I feel back in control and cravings go away.
I've only done the 5 day ones and lost 10 lbs. I've never regained it again.

Tricking people into a subscription model

I’m extremely disappointed to see a $215 charge and a “delivery on the way” notification for something I never intended to subscribe to. Tricking customers into a subscription that’s difficult to identify or cancel is one of the lowest forms of product sales, and it’s frustrating to realize this happened after what I thought was a one‑time purchase in December during the holidays.

I did not knowingly agree to these recurring charges, and this experience has completely undermined my trust in your company. I won’t be using your products again and will be discouraging others from engaging with a model that relies on this kind of misleading enrollment.

Please cancel this subscription immediately.
