I chose to order from this site because the availability of a return or exchange. Buying a formal dress online can be scary, but this process was great! Super fast shipping! Authentic name brand item that was difficult to find anywhere else! The dress came in perfect condition and was exactly like it appeared online.

I’ve been ordering for a few years now. Very slow to ship compared to all other purchase I’ve made. I will definitely add 2 more weeks to need date because no time to get altered. They did not ship till 2 weeks from my order date. I don’t understand why they couldn’t ship after ordered, it was waited until need date to arrive. Never will happen again. Like I said..... I never had this problem before and handled the dates the same way.

My daughter saw a gown in our local mall and fell in love with it. We didn't want to purchase the gown at the store due to the fact it had some worn spots on it. I found the dress at Prom dress shop and purchased it. We received it by UPS within a few days. We are completely satisfied with this store and would recommend it to all her friends.

Love the dress. It fits perfectly. It was too bad that there are restocking fees, I would have ordered both sizes to get a comparison and then keep the one that fits best. Even though we took measurements, it is a little snug in the middle.

I ordered 4 Bridesmaid dresses & we sent off our measurements & they were made & sent off to us real fast which we were happy about to notice 1 dress is way to small for one of my girls & i have been trying to contact the seller to seek help & yet still no reply, not HAPPY at all as my wedding is 12 weeks away!

Beautiful dress and fast shipping

Gorgeous dress and excellent customer service!
I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and it was final sale. The size was too small but I contacted promdressshop immediately and they were so friendly and sent a bigger size. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and we got it half price! The customer service was excellent and I will order from them again for sure!

Unfortunately the dress was unwearable. The first time as I zipped the dress down to try it o for the first time the zipper unzipped unevenly. It took about a hour for me to unzip the zipper to even the sides out. The I finally got it all the way down. I tried the dress on which seem to be a perfect fit but the zipper would not zip up over the knots of the dress seams. With some Assistance I was able to get it over the knot but the zipper went uneven again and caused the track to split below the zipper itself. At this point I couldn’t get out of the dress. My assistant ending up taking 30 minutes to pull the zipper down slowly so the tracks of the zipper aligned to a point where I was just barely able to get it off. To date the zipper doesn’t zip up with out the tracks splitting below the zipper. This was a huge disappointment since this is a Costly non refundable dress and I’m now unable to wear it.

I received my dress as it was shown on picture, before expected arrival date and the communication was fast and prompt.
