Stay away, the leasing is unreasonably annoying
The apartments are nice, don’t have much noise and are new. However, they have the most annoying apartment management and maintenance I’ve ever dealt with!!!
The garage is totally unstable and shakes more than a hanging bridge if cars just move around.
They have tried repairing the garage TWICE! Every time they’ve had to do that, they had us move our cars out and barely had any accommodations. The first time, they arranged a covered parking garage for everyone about half a mile away from the apartment and provided a shuttle service. Everyone planned their day according to that. However, the repairs ended earlier and they just sent out an email saying that they’ll stop the shuttle service and paying for our offsite parking a day early. We had to cancel our plans and rush to get our cars.
The 2nd time is worse. They’ve arranged an open public parking at a DART station that’s 5 miles away with a lot of crime!!! What’s the point of paying for the closed parking in a safe location along with the rent???? Also, they need us to take the car out at 5 am in the morning on a Monday and they’re just running the shuttles to the parking lot from 6 am. They should have rented a covered parking lot somewhere closer to the apartment a day before the work and provided shuttles. The residents are literally losing sleep cuz of the poor management.
Don’t even ask about the maintenance. My sink was clogged and they took a Month to fix it!! Before that, my dishwasher was leaking water (a week after I moved in) and they took a couple of weeks to just change the dishwasher’s door. Every time, their excuse is that they’re understaffed. Why’re you even running an apartment complex if you’re understaffed?!!
