Decline in Service and Billing Issues: Our Final Account with Promevo

For five years, we maintained a productive, professional relationship with Promevo, who managed our enterprise licensing for Chrome devices and handled our Google Workspace billing. However, this year, Promevo made significant changes to its billing practices, leading to mistakes, delays, and multiple DocuSign attempts, resulting in repeated requests for corrections.

These changes included no longer adhering to established fulfillment protocols, failing to communicate changes to clients, allowing quotes to remain unprocessed instead of converting them into orders, and finally improvising new fulfillment practices altogether.

Employees, namely Lydia Talmage, have:

- Refused to take responsibility for their mistakes, including billing at incorrect intervals and invoicing for services that were neither discussed nor requested.
- Been dismissive, ignored instructions, failed to read emails, and shifted blame onto colleagues, while offering excuses for why invoicing and agreements were mishandled.

We strongly urge Promevo to address its billing issues, use of DocuSign, and provide employees like Lydia with additional training and mentorship to prevent these serious and avoidable administrative and sales errors.

Anyone considering Promevo as a supplier should carefully ensure that their own service agreement includes provisions to protect against these issues.

This review covers the period from January 1 to September 11, 2024, and includes all efforts made to resolve outstanding issues. Lydia has confirmed that both the practices and the outcome are supported by Promevo's leadership. Accordingly, it is a complete account, and this review is final.
