After working out a couple of things I am super happy with this company. Great service.

They paid back half of the 10,300 paid to them for an Innosilicon miner that the factory cancelled. Prominerz kept the other half and claimed the Manufacturer had not reimbursed them. After correspondence with the manufacturer, the manufacturer advised that all refunds had been paid back in June.

Update. Response to this long drawn out story that Prominerz has replied. They claimed I would be reimbursed last month. I gave them a full month past what Innosilicon used to reimburse their orders before writing any reviews. If trustpilot needs to see police report numbers, or bank investigation case numbers and contacts for the so called fake police investigations, I'll be happy to provide them.

Update as of October 3 2020: No refund. Innosilicon has refunded all of their orders. So after that long drawn out post, they still kept the balance of my money. That's theft in the U.S, but you be the judge.

Update as of October 30 202`: I have obtained a Swiss Lawyer who has filed a debt enforcement against Prominerz, as well as we are now in the process of filing a bankruptcy order to freeze and seize their assets. The owner Reto Stoffel has been bouncing around from address to address, but as mentioned previously i have his banking information since I wired him the money. This scam will be halted very soon.

Pre-ordered the Innosilicon G32 Mini in May 2019. The supplier cancelled the product and there was a lot of trouble afterwards. I have to admit the communication could be way better, I sent a lot of e-mails back and forth. It took more than a year, but in the end I got fully refunded and even an apology from the owner. So I thought it would be fair to submit an honest review in return.

The guys and gals over at prominerz have been great. Frequent updates on order status, supplier status and they are always ready to sort out any issues. Most importantly they have open communication with a quick response
These guys are a credit to an industry that has many less reputable dealers.
I spent a long time deciding which supplier to use and I am certain I made the right choice.

Everything was fine: buying of the miner was easy, great consultation and help by Alexandra. Once in their hosting some minor malfunctions were corrected quick. Support took good care of problems that were not even prominerz responsibility, such as pools or wallets. I loved especially the support! Within a few moments I always had an answer and someone took care of my request.

REWRITE 6/21 It is so sad to deal with crappy companies. You are strongly advised to NOT deal with Prominerz. Over TWO years now and still not fully refunded. Despite the incredible BTC run up these scammers refuse to refund my final $3000. So frustrating. The don't even reply anymore.

REWRITE 7/20 In May 2019 I decided to get 4 A9++ Innosilicon miners and have prominerz host them. The machines never arrived and it has taken a long time to get the refund process started however I was very patient as I did understand that the Chinese suppliers aren't always reliable. At the one year point my patience ran out and I was getting upset with being "strung along" with the reassurances from the company. Well I have to report that they have begun the refund process with 50% refunded so far. I take this as a very positive sign and frankly flips my opinion of the company from very negative to positive. It has not been without bumps as I wasn't part of the Grin and StongU fiascos from the manufacturers but it seems that Innosilicon did play games with promotions that they did not honor. Kudos to prominerz for getting this going as it takes actions like this rather than just words to fix the problems.

I placed an order back in January I ordered an S17e 64TH. and its already May and they have not shipped the miner yet even though the miner was shown as "in-stock" I tried contacting them multiple times through e-mail. They kept ignoring me and no one is even explaining to me nor are they accepting to refund my money the miner is now being sold for half the price I paid for it. I hope someone from their website is willing to help if they are truly legit they will care about their customers and reputation.

EDIT: I was contacted by Reto The owner of the company after a while to resolve the issue, and thankfully Reto was very cooperative and explained the reasons why it took so long to resolve the issue. He immediately refunded the money and apologized for the delay and the unprofessional way my issue was treated.

I've ordered twice at Prominerz. First time my miner was delivered brandnew, on time and the Prominerz team even assisted me with a minor delivery address change.

My second order is delayed. I am certainly not excited about the delay. Nevertheless I give 5 stars since the delay is clearly caused by the manufacturer, not by Prominerz. The situation can be verrified by checking the manufacturer's official distributor: there are delays aswell. I understand one may not be happy about delays. Reasons therefore need to be distinguished, though, so I don't really get those 1 Star reviews.

Moreover Prominerz offers an excellent customer service with quick and honest responses at all time. I appreciate that. Thumbs up

All of the machines came in time and the customer service was with me in contact during the whole time! Very pleasant experience :)

I ordered about 15 machines from them total over the past 6 months. Def had some delays (although so did the other two shops I bought from) and at least these guys stayed in communication with me the whole time. I can understand if a novice found these guys then had delays it can seem very frustrating, but the whole industry is wild west still, and in the end i got all my machines.
