The games amd Live Casino are alright but its very hard to win on. The big downfall is the Promotions are never good and they have no sort of Rewards program and when you do ask for free spins you'll be lucky to get some. Awful site withdrew 800 days ago and had nothing but issues trying to get my funds! Still waiting now. Was initially asked for photo I’d to verify which I sent! And was told wasn’t a problem on live chat and that it had been accepted. I then received a email asking for further verification which was no issue I sent over a council tax bill along with both bank cards on the account I was told they could not open my documents even tho ugh they were sent the same way as previously. The customer service is horrific! After Re sending them in a different file format I was then told this wasn’t enough and they wanted me to provide a photo of me standing holding my I’d which I have done so I was then asked to send them a copy of my bank statement which I then went online and sent to them. I now receive another email 3 days after making my initial request to withdraw to be told that they did not accept any of my documents that I had sent as they were blurry. They were not. They would not accept a screen shot of my bank statement which I had not done so I sent them a full statement. Also was previously told that my documents were fine and have screen shots of this from live chat! To top it all off they blocked me using the site due to gambling restrictions although I have only ever played on this site a hand full of times.
