I have just dealt with PromoParrot and found the service to be quite outstanding! The representative I dealt with, Tom Bottomley, was helpful, professional and courteous. He ensured ensured the whole process ran smoothly from the very first conversation right through to following up to make sure the order was safely received and I was happy with the product - which by the way was also excellent. He even helped with artwork and design. I would not hesitate to deal with PromoParrot again and would absolutely recommend their superb and friendly services.

I arrived at Promoparrot on a google search looking for branded promotional items. I put a web enquiry through and promptly had a response from Tom. I also asked my previous supplier to quote.

Tom was so quick by the time my other supplier came back with a quote I had placed the order and was onto ordering two more lines.

The sales support came from "Polly"- not sure if that's a real name Promoparrot!! All enquiries, proof amendments were turned around in a few hours and delivery was well communicated and on time.

It's not often you find a supplier randomly online that turn out to be just what you need!
