I'm a very honest person, so I must indicate this review is updated.

First, I want to state, the most recent delivery from Promoshin was phenomenal; we were truly impressed with their ability to carry out our vision.

Previously hired Promoshin and some expectations were left unmet. I was eventually contacted and they wanted a chance to show us they really were a 5-Star company. (my words)

Anyhow, the recent delivery from the Promoshin was A-Team service, through-in through-out. I was highly impressed with the communication from their PM, Gemma, and at how incredibly kind and understanding she was. She took our vision and with her team created a wonderful video which we were thoroughly impressed with. Still cannot thank you enough Gemma!!!

As I mentioned, I'm a very honest person, and I was honestly not planning on using Promoshin again, as small business, every dollar matters, and I needed to ensure my money was being well spent on marketing efforts. However, I'm so very happy that they cared enough to reach out to me, work with me, and deliver exactly what I was looking for (and a bit more).

My previous experience could have been the end of our business relationship, but it wasn't, thankfully. I feel confident in coming back for my future marketing needs, and cannot thank Ben, and Promoshin enough for this truly elevated experience.

They were very price-competitive and I had my doubts, but I got a video in the end that met my needs. My account manager was very friendly and had lots of ideas. I had a bad experience first time round, but they put the effort in to make it right when they didn't really have to. That goes a long way in my book.

Run don't walk away from doing business with this company. We hired them to make a video for our business. They provided a 14 day trial period. However, despite trying to reach them several times, they delayed getting back to us with the story board deliverable until 1 day after the trial period was up. If they responded to us timely we would have recognized that their vision was totally off the mark and we would have had the opportunity to stop payment during the trial period. They charged us anyway and refused to refund the money. They use deceptive business tactics.

I would rate Promoshin a 10 out of 10 because the graphics, voice and production quality look amazing! Over the years, I have done 6-7 videos with Promoshin. Big fan! They stick with it until the video is 100%. The best combo of quality, service & price.
