Why not indicate that a product is unavailable? We had to pay the full amount only to be informed that we could swop it for another or get a refund.
Refund was paid back within a day though.

As our company is relatively new, we do not have a stock keeping system at this stage and so we have to manually keep track of stock which is especially challenging near the end of the year.
We are working on this to avoid these situations in the future, our team will be in touch.
