FRAUDSTERS!! I wish i could add photos to this review so everyone can have a laugh!! They tell you they charge a fixed price £159 for a deep clean and there is no time limit they will even clean the Skirting boards! Cleaner spent less than 5 hours in our flat which amounts to £31.80 per hour (50% more than what professional cleaners charge) and the job was nowhere near even a standard clean! Our flat was filthy!! The company has a false address and is not registered on companies house. Payment was transferred to a personal bank account and they are not VAT registered therefore why they state their fees are inclusive of vat I do not know!! My biggest lesson is to read the reviews because had I done so I wouldn't have made a terrible mistake. Do not trust this company.

This company is an absolute disgrace!! Do not use them! Save yourself the ag and find a company that is reliable! I booked them for an oven clean, they rang me the day before they were due to come and asked if someone could come in that day, I reluctantly agreed and no one even turned up! Rang them to ask where they were and the women I spoke with had attitude and was very unprofessional! Communication was very poor, eventually sent an email saying the cleaner was sick no offer to come back at another time or anything. I really wish I had read the reviews before I booked them! Now I’m left with no oven clean and moving out my property and can’t get another one in time. PLEASE AVOID! Read all the other poor reviews!

Booked in advance for a specific date that I needed the house cleaning due to guests arriving the next day. This was described as a deep clean which included inside cupboards etc. Man arrives, looks around for 2 minutes and says they can’t clean inside anything or move anything around. They can only clean around things. This defeats the point of a deep clean as everything is clean externally anyway. He left saying he would call the office but he never came back. I planned a week in advance to ensure it was all sorted and now I’ve been left with no clean at all.

They called us to state that the cleaners will be 30 minutes late, 45 minutes after they were booked in to arrive they called to say the machine broke. I gave them another chance and rescheduled to the following week.
The following week came and they called to say they will be 30 minutes late.. again. But 1 hour later they still had not arrived, I called them asking where they were, to be told they are 5 minutes away. 20 minutes go by and they still had not arrived, they call saying they can't find parking but will find and come as soon as. They never turned up and didn't contact us again.

Don't use this cleaning company!!! We had the worst experience ever. They are not professional cleaners. I am not sure how I missed all the bad reviews about them that I can see now but I could have not imagined how bad a cleaning company could be. They were supposed to do a deep clean of a 80 sqm flat and they were done in less than two hours. When I showed them that the place was not clean, they started screaming at me. The management company wouldn't respond to our calls. It was a disaster! They obviously didn't offer any kind of refund. I am really hoping that more people read these reviews and this company is out of business as they shouldn't be in business. They are thieves.

We booked a deep clean for an occupied apartment.
We received a list of items the cleaner would clean in each room but was not done
Example:
"Clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards, drawers, washing machine and dishwasher"
NOT DONE

Another example:
"Windows internally where safely reachable"
Cleaner Maria abused us in Spanish when asked to do so (not knowing my husband spoke Spanish) and yes, the windows are extremely safe.

Again, not done - which was listed in the email
"Clean and dust all furniture, mirrors, pictures"

My list can go on...

They charged £40/hour and did a worse job than my weekly cleaner who charges £12

And the poor service story does not end there - when we complained, we received a THREAT from the manager
"If you move furniture, we will leave"
But 10 minutes later, the cleaner asked us to help her move the unit in the kitchen. What were we to do then?
We were helping the cleaner so she would not have to move stuff alone.

The cleaner did not even move an empty dustbin in the kitchen to clean the floor. The bathroom was later cleaned by me using a simple wet wipe and I could tell she had skipped so many spots.

I hope everyone reads this review and goes elsewhere.

TERRIBLE is an understatement. DO NOT USE!

My flatmates and I were a bit hesitant to go with prompt cleaners at first as we saw a fair few bad reviews.

However, they booked us in at very short notice and they did a stellar job. They showed up on time and finished pretty much when they said they would. Also, our landlord was pleased with how the property looked.

I EMPLOYED A CLEANER FOR AN DEEP CLEAN AFTER A 3 YEAR TENANCY... AFTER THEY LEFT I WASNT HAPPY AND CONTACTED THEM, CARPETS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY KITCHEN CUPBOARDS NOT CLEAN INSIDE (APPARANTLY THEY HAVE TO BE EMPTY) BUT THEY DIDNT TELL ME, THAT WOULDHAVE BEEN ENOUGH FOR ME TO NOT HAVE BOOKED THEM, LIGHT FITTINGS NOT CLEAN. TRIED TO REASON WITH THEM I WAS TOLD THE HOUSE WAS DIRTY!!!! I KNOW!!! THATS WHY I EMPLOYED A CLEANER... THEY WONT RECLEAN THE CARPERT BECAUSE "ITS NOW BEEN USED", THEY WONT DO THE KITCHEN CUPBOARDS, THEY HAVE T BE EMPTY, THEY WONT TO THE LIGHT FITTINGS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ELECTRICIANS. THEY ARE RUDE, HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMERS SERVICES AND ARE THIEFS

Shambolic service, avoid at all costs. Simply put, they don’t know how to clean. I got lots of huffing & puffing from them when pointing out areas that hadn’t been cleaned. Lots of excuses about why they hadn’t bothered with certain areas; apparently absolutely everything is fragile & can't be touched. Disgraceful. They should not be in business. Worst service I’ve ever come across.

Absolutely awful. I also wish I had looked at reviews before booking them. A deep clean that they claim is pre-inspected by a professional cleaner and cleans your house from 'top to bottom', is a complete lie. I complained on the phone and then sent an email with many photos showing how the apartment was left. Any fool could see that very obvious areas hadn't been cleaned at all. Tiles, skirting, radiators, door frames and handles, tables, light switches, photo frames, window ledges, cobwebs- all untouched. Mop wasn't used so the floor was left sticky and still with patches of dirt. Appliances hadn't been moved out of the way to clean underneath them; microwave left sticky and dusty. The cleaner was clueless of what was expected of her and hadn't been told it was a deep clean, but to be honest even if she thought it was just a one-off regular clean, she just didn't clean anything properly and seemed completely oblivious of what constituted dirt- and believe me the dirt was clear for all to see. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails promptly either. When they did finally respond to my email (after ignoring my letter of complaint and just emailing me an invoice instead), they claimed that I need to complain within 24 hours. Just because they chose to ignore my email and respond the following day has no bearing on the fact that I complained within 5 minutes of the cleaner leaving my house. Absolutely shoddy to non-existent customer service and even worse cleaning. They won't be seeing any of my money.

I booked a tenancy clean which mean't they would clean until the job was done. They started at 10:30am, and at 1pm I was told they would finish at 2:30pm, upon arrival I noticed they have just started the carpet steam clean. I was then told on the phone that they would be another 40mins. Upon inspection I noticed that there was still A LOT of grease and sticky surface cabinets and edges not to mention dirty bathroom shelves with toothpaste stains still on the shelves. The female cleaner was on the phone ignoring me so I called head office and they said the supervisor is 5mins away and will come so I can speak to them. I pointed these out to the supervisor who took pictures and instructed the cleaners and after we returned after 40mins. After 40mins they were only just steaming the stairs. And they hadn’t done the first floor bedrooms yet! As we didn’t live close to the property and with lockdown measures we were unable to sit anywhere and you can imagine that we had spent the WHOLE day outside walking in the rain only to be at hand. After those 40mins they said only 20 more mins left. But they didn’t even do the areas that were pointed out to them or even the steam clean in the back rooms. I had to grab a sponge and show them how to clean those areas which the lady cleaner was speaking in another language really frustratingly which I couldn’t understand.

We came back again after 30mins and they said they only have the front area to do and should take them 15 mins. We didn't walk in to inspect the areas we had pointed out to them as the floors were steam cleaned we didn’t want to step where they had just cleaned and didn't have any spare shoes and due to the rain and mud didn't want to make the floors dirty. So we paid them as we couldn't stay any longer (it was 4:30pm by this point) and needed to leave to collect our daughter from nursery and trusted the final areas of the job was done.

Just before we left they also knocked over a bucket of dirty water on the front carpet and said they will clean in and after moving in a few days later noticed they left all the rubbish outside of the house without disposing of it. We noticed that none of the areas we raised were clean, cob webs in various places. The dirty grease still on the cupboards. Bathroom tiles showing something still on the walls. Bathroom cabinet disgusting.

After a long back and forth with Maria in their complaints department they only offered 20% off the next clean or a re-clean at £50. No ethical understanding or flexibility in their policies to accommodate an unhappy customer who was also a returning customer.

Absolute rubbish service DO NOT USE THEM came to do a service at 9am didn't even phone to say it was cancelled, rang back they said they would send someone at 11 and they turned up with a small trolley not big enough to have professional cleaning equipment in there no mop or bucket or hoover powerful enough to clean a property ABSOLUTE JOKE! Terrible service they did not even arrive in a car which they said they would with all the cleaning equipment inside. All Lies

I should have read the reviews before engaging this company. I asked if they could do an end of tenancy clean starting at 8am and they said it was possible so I booked it two weeks in advance. At 10pm the previous night I received an email saying the clean would start at 10am the following morning instead. I was not happy as the tenant was arriving at 10.30am.
At 11am the cleaner, one person, finally arrived. Despite phoning the company to ask where the cleaners were, they didn't answer the phone. I was assured the previous night that there would be two cleaners at 10am. The clean was appalling: marks on the glass shower screen not removed, the toilet not cleaned well, sofa cushions not lifted to remove crumbs underneath, dining area chairs were still covered in crumbs, the toaster and its surrounds was not wiped down and the area under the bathroom basin hadn't been vacuumed, much less mopped, as per their advert. I wasn't even sure there was a vacuum cleaner amongst the 'technical equipment' that they said would be used. The cleaner was told not to depart until it had been inspected by us first but he disappeared before two hours.
I complained to the company who offered another clean three days later but only if the tenant moved out with all his possessions otherwise it would cost another £36. Run that past me again, please?
I wouldn't recommend them.

Worst company ever. Avoid. They lie, they are dishonest and they are lazy. We tried to use their gardening services and they did not even start the job that they tried to ask for more money or do twice less than what any other gardening company who do.

Absolutely appalling end of tenancy clean.
Urine under the seats, black sludge on window cill, dirty over fridge dishwasher, cobwebs and dusty. check out inventory and separate check in inventory carried out by two separate clerks lighlited over 20 points and said it was domestic clean standard not a professional clean. I’ve been a landlord for over 20 years and this the the worst I’ve seen. Don’t bother. It’s a waste of money and they say a free reclean is given if not good enough. But it’s a lie and they charge you.

They booked us in for gardening and window cleaning for the same day.

They called to state that the gardeners would be an hour later, however the window cleaners would be on time. The window cleaners did not turn up and only after calling them, they proceeded to inform me that the cleaner had a car accident. I do not believe this even for a second.

The gardeners turned up 45 minutes late (this is past 6 pm). Before even starting they were interested in the money. They did an absolutely rubbish job, as it took me two hours cleaning up after them. I even had to rip some plants out of the garden myself, and some of the larger plants were left untouched! Never using them again!

A friend of mine told me about this company because I desperately needed professional carpet cleaning. Now I am glad that I chose it, as all the old stains and dirt had disappeared from my favourite carpets. One thing that impressed me was the fact that the carpet technicians worked in a careful manner and that they used only chemically free cleaning equipment. I thought that I would need to invest in new carpets, however, thanks to this carpet cleaning I was able to save up a lot of money. I found the prices pretty reasonable and they were all fixed.

After using this company's domestic cleaning a few times, our house is maintained in a flawless condition. Thanks to the skills and experience of the cleaners in the company, the rooms in our house are hygienic and all the grime and dust are wiped of the shelves, furniture, floor and appliances. We would spend much more time of we did the cleaning, but the professional cleaners need less and do excellent work. They use advanced cleaning machines which bring brilliant results. We are very happy with the domestic cleaning which they provide and frequently order it to keep our house clean.

Thanks to the end of tenancy cleaning, provided by this experienced company I was able to get my deposit without any difficulty. The tenancy cleaners managed with the complete cleaning of the rooms in a fast and excellent way. I liked the fact that they used eco friendly products because safety in cleaning means a lot to me.
