Promptmove Reviews

Dishonest, untrustworthy. I will never reserve a flat with Prompt Move again!!!

I been renting with them for over 5 years. I would highly recommend them recently I have had personal problems but umar has supported and offer guidance through tough times. Anytime we have any issues which are beyond their control they always respond fast and fix. I would definitely not use anyone else now been the best estate agents I used ever.

Just sold our house with Promptmove and dealt with Umar. He was professional, efficient and kind in his manner. He ensured that all our needs were met and as a result we had a smooth sale. Highly recommended.

Promptmove is a very good agency and I would recommend to others. Umar is excellent person in providing the guidance and manages the properties very well. His response is prompt and communicates well with the tenants and landlords.

Had a very pleasant experience with Umar and his team for selling our property. He was involved from the initial offer right up to completion and went out of his way to help with coordinating both sets of solicitors as well as filling out information on the apartment survey forms (given that we live abroad). Would absolute recommend to use them.

I needed to move in a HURRY and when I tell you the guys at promptmove sorted me out, I MEAN IT. Within two days, I had the keys in my hand. Umar and Ad are amazing, Umar in particular has addressed any minor issues I have had with the property instantly! Prompt by name and prompt by nature, will be using this company for any property dealings in the future!

I have been using Promptmove for 2 years and half. Their services are amazing and they are really professional. I'm a tenant and whenever I had problems in my current apartment, Umar who is my property manager replied quick and kind and solved those problems perfectly. If I need to move to another place, I will choose a property which is managed by Promptmove again.

Communicative, competitive & realistic with current market. I recommend Promptmove if you're looking for someone to secure a tenant for you.
