If I could use 0 stars I would. The item looked nothing like what I purchased. For a refund you have to return the item at your own expense to China. After 6 months, I received the package back as refused. Email box is full and the phone number on the site doesn’t work.

Omg I wish I would have read these reviews!!! I have been waiting for my package for over a month and they don’t respond to emails! I keep tracking the package but I’m starting to think it’s a scam. I’m disputing the charges right now 🤦🏻‍♀️

I ordered my birthday dress and never received it . They said it was delivered around the hours that the mailman delivers and I personally know the mailman and literally nothing came from them.. I tried emailing them but I keep getting a bounced back email when trying to reach out . Do NOT ORDER

I bought a dress that said it was sequined. But when it arrived, it was glitter. When I tried it on, glitter fell everywhere.
The Dress cost $94.00, but it's not worth $10 as it was so cheap.
I decided to return. I had their California address, where they came from. But they demanded to send it back to China. I paid $38. I follow through the track number by USPS, and the dress has been in GUANGZHOU, CHINA since May 26th, and they say they haven't received it yet.
And they don't send my refund.
Now I can no longer communicate with them by email, or through their website.
DO NOT BUY FROM PROMSSTYLE, it's the worst site and products I've ever seen. They are crooks

I wish I could give Promsstyle zero stars. Such fraudsters! What was advertised vs.what I got were like night and day…I can’t reach them because the only email address provided isn’t accepting any more emails and so bounces because this email box is full. I’m in the process of getting my money back from my credit card company. STAY WELL AWAY FROM PROMSSTYLE! They are the ABSOLUTE WORST!

A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!! THEY BLOCKED ME FROM EMAILS WHEN I TRIED TO BEGIN A RETURN. THEY SHOULD BE SUED AND SHUT DOWN

I ordered a dress it did arrive earlier than expected however it looks nothing like the picture and the email they provide to return the items will not deliver so now I’m stuck and can’t reach anyone

I made a purchase on promstyle in December 2022 (a dress) and hopes it to wear it on my birthday 01/17. When I received the dress it was not as pictured on this website and I was highly displeased I contacted the email for any inquiries that was displayed on their website about my compliant and how we could resolve this issue. They explained to me I could keep the dress and they would give me partial refund OR I could return the dress for a full refund within the 30 day time period. I agreed to return the dress so I could receive a full refund because there was no way I could get any use out of the dress. So I went through the process of returning the dress on 01/13/2023. I communicated with them that I returned the dress and I was expecting a full refund. After I sent this email out, I waited weeks and weeks to receive an update. They told me that can’t control how soon they receive the dress which I completely understand but then they completely stopped responding to my emails after I explained how I’ve waited 7 MONTHS to get my refund. Now in July, I received a package in the mail with the same dress I returned to them! I never wanted the dress back I wanted a refund that I never received.

Please! You don’t buy from them! I got $400 in dresses that don’t look anything alike the pictures. Made me do the return and never replied emails again so I lost another $70

SCAM!! You cannot call them, and they do not react to emails and wont refund!!! Authority has been informed

The dress I ordered looks nothing like the one in the picture. They are refusing to give my money back. The best they will do it 10%. Don’t order from this site!!!

This is a waste of people time and money . I received a dress that was completely different from what I ordered on the website. I requested a full refund for days we were going back and forth with them offering me 10 to eventually 30% . The damn audacity of them. Then they emailed me that I would have to pay to ship it back to china . Guess what the dress is so bad I’ll pay the shipping to get my card refunded . NEVER AGAIN …. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered lesson learned .

They never delivered my package and kept sending an automated message when I reported it not delivered. I have 24/7 doorman and they said package was delivered 11pm AT NIGHT. No one delivers at that hour.

I could give them 0 but I had to give one star . We ordered a dress for my daughter . We paid $164 . The product is a piece of crap . Nothing like they have on their website .
Don’t buy for this company , they are scammers . They kept my money !!

I give my experience one star here, because it arrived before needed, other than that, it would be no stars. I attempted to review on their site, but was unable because it didn’t have an option to confirm receipt of my order.
I ordered a dress for a grand entrance for a milestone birthday party. The dress looks nothing like what is pictured. It is apparent that this company is posting pictures of someone else’s work. They are attempting to produce replicas. DO NOT order. You will be highly disappointed.

The size described does not match the product, I bought 3 dresses none of them fit, they wanted to refund me only 20% of the product, I sent the product back to them because it did not fit, their measurements do not match. The product is stuck in customs, I lost my money and they didn't refund me. Apart from the online service which is terrible

They sent me a dress a month later that is a complete cheap knockoff joke, unusable and nothing like the picture. They refuse to refund me. Do not buy from them!

ABSOLUTELY CHEAP DRESSES AND LOOK TERRIBLE!!! Emailed the company immediately after receiving the dresses and they responded they would not give a refund. NOT according to your website.

First of all, the dresses are ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the pictures. Now, try to return them back for a refund.
I've been waiting TWO MONTHS!!
