From my initial contact with Paul Cape, I was impressed with the professionalism demonstrated when taking my old Volvo which I cherish, for a minor bodywork repair. He and his team explained the repair process very clearly and the time required and of course the estimate for the work. I didn't accept immediately but took a few days to consider. There was no pressure at any time and was then offered an appointment within just a few days. The job was completed exactly when promised and I was delighted to see the end result. Paul and a member of his team came to explain how the work was carried out and they were very thorough in explaining how to use caution and care with the bodywork during the "curing " process. I delayed writing this review for a few weeks to give the work a good test. It has been a pleasure dealing with Paul and his excellent team, I am delighted with the results and feel the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business for excellent workmanship and very reasonable cost.

Dawid was a pleasure to deal with. The guys got a perfect paint match on a replacement door. All well fitted and good as new.

Just had my pride and joy Porsche Macan restored to its original glory by Pronto Chichester. From meeting David for an estimate through to picking up the vehicle was straight forward, professional, competitive and friendly. And the best bit was the magical result. You just can't see what they have done but the unsightly and obvious dents I sustained are gone !! It was quick, efficient and it worked. Thanks David and of course your technician - a great job.

Took my motorhome in today 22/07/25 to have a dent seen to. Within 3 hours received a call to say job was finished, they managed to remove the dent by suction. Brilliant job,staff were friendly. would definitely use them again
