Pronto Pets is a family run pet transport service moving dogs and cats by road between the UK and Spain, and to other European destinations on request. No cargo holds, no airports, no crates in an aircraft. Your pet travels in a purpose built vehicle with people who stop, walk them, feed them and check on them all the way. We offer three ways to travel: Shared Transport. Your pet joins one of our regular runs and is collected and delivered at agreed meeting points along the route. This is the most affordable option. Private Door to Door. Your pet travels on its own booking, collected from your home address and delivered to the door at the other end, on a date that suits you. Pet and Owner Private. You travel in the vehicle alongside your pet, door to door, with pet friendly hotel stops overnight. Every journey includes regular welfare breaks with food and water, all travel costs such as the Eurotunnel or ferry crossing, fuel and tolls, and updates along the way so you know where your pet is. Paperwork is where most owners get stuck, so we help there too. We explain what your pet needs for the direction you are travelling, including microchip and rabies timings, tapeworm treatment for dogs entering Great Britain, and the Animal Health Certificate for journeys leaving the UK. We check the documents before departure rather than at the border. We are a small team, so you speak to the same people from your first enquiry to the moment your pet arrives.
