Three days ago I order a skip I explain everything to you with the details they gave me a price of 395£ for a skip and when the skip was full and ready for Colection they call me in the morning and pay double and half on that price,also I order another skip because no other choice and they charge me another 900£ which is ridiculous.Never going to use them again disgusting company.Im totally not happy with their service.

Ordered skip for 30th and paid never arrived, called the company and they would come back to me but never did . I know it’s Easter weekend and late notice but just a curtesy call back and refund would of been nice

Good on the whole
The first skip delivery and removal and second skip was excellent.
Very helpful driver on each visit.
My only problem was it took over a week and constant phone calls to get the second one removed which was a pain as I couldn’t access my garage as I wished but apart from that all was fine 😊

Skip Cancelled on the Day!!!!
Ordered the skip, drove 3hrs to the property to clear it and they cancelled on the day!!!

At Pronto Skip customer service and satisfaction is our main priority, we always strive to maintain a perfect delivery record, however on this occasion due to unforeseen driver complications we had to divert delivery, from a Saturday morning to a Monday morning delivery. We understand your frustration due to the sensitive need for our service and we offered to compensate you for your lost travel expenses. However this was declined and we issued a full refund as requested followed by a sincere apology.
